What can I say, the absalute best Financial / Mortgage advice we have ever had!

From initial contact to acceptance and completion, the whole process was as near effortless on our behalf we have ever experienced!

Daniel Salmon, our advisor / broker was a pleasure to deal with and it is apparent he has a vast wealth of experience and knowledge in his particular genre of expertise.

Long story short, we had to take extra money out over the pandemic as I was out of work.

We have just remortgaged and consolidated using Thomas Whiting with Daniel Salmon as advisor / broker.

He found us a Morgage that at my request extended the current duration an extra year.
All in all this gave us a saving between us, of just under £800 a month!

And that's it, we are over the moon with this, a Morgage with a reputable bank, Barclays, and saving a massive amount in the process!

I've found it incredibly difficult to remortgage due to past mistakes with managing my credit. Jenna made what was a nightmare situation into a dream, incredibly supportive, communication was amazing, any bump in the road she smoothed over with ease and secure me a deal I never thought I'd get. Overall has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Paying her fee felt like I was doing her an injustice because she's worth so much more. Fantastic person all round. Could recommend enough and have not just recommended but INSISTED, friends and family contact Jenna before looking elsewhere.

What can I say about Danny. Absolutely brilliant from the initial start of getting my second mortgage all the way to the end completion. Was there whenever I had any enquiries and explained things really simply to make the process as least stressful as possible. He would chase up the solicitors to see anything was running smooth and sort issues out if there was any. Would highly recommend with very fair prices. Thanks a lot

Jenna salmon has been amazing from the offset. We only have a 5% deposit so asked my partner to enquire if it would be possible to have a mortgage. Jenna advised wouldn’t be an issue and within 2 days we had an offer in principle I couldn’t believe it.
We found a house two weeks later Jenna was on holiday but still put the wheels in motion and in total I think it’s been four weeks we have a mortgage offer valuation done.
Jenna is patient as I have loads of silly questions, approachable, available all the time almost daytime, evenings and weekends at times and like I said whilst she was on holiday
I am a stressy person but this process has been stress free due to Jenna. She has guided us and kept us informed throughout the whole process and
I can’t thank her enough she’s amazing.

Danny has been amazing in arranging the mortgage for our house move. Right from the start he said don’t stress about the process and there’s no need to chase constantly as he’ll keep us updated whenever anything happens and gave us a rough idea of timescales. True to his word at each stage he’d let us know and update us on what next. Just trust him, leave him to it and he’ll come up top.
