Good service admittedly through a broker, my only complaint is that they wanted the car registered before settlement and delivery which took about a week. Not the biggest deal thought.

It took nearly 2 weeks to sort out and when they finally got around to paying the money they stuffed up one of the numbers and prolonged the process even more, bloody useless

They were willing to help when others wouldn't
We wanted to get finance for a giant ex-army 4x4 'Unimog' truck for a combination of marketing and heavy lift capability, but none of the usual finance channels would even consider such an odd investment. Thorn Money were the only ones to be willing to help, and they did so with relative ease. Now we have a magnificent Unimog - all thanks to Thorn Money. Highly recommended

For starters it took a week to sort out payment for purchase and the paper work I just had a bad experience and the interest rate wow you have got me can’t wait for this loan to be over already

We acknowledge that the changes in assets and missing information caused some delays and toing and froing which was frustrating for all of us. Our team tried hard to send the documents out the day after receiving the complete information and managed to settle the deal a few hours after getting the signed contract back. Having said that, we are saddened that we failed to meet your expectation. If you wish to discuss this further, feel free to reach out to our customer service staff at customerservice@thorn.money.
With respect to the pricing of the loan, we will also work with our introducer partners to ensure all the parties understand and are happy with the quote before signing a contract.

Outstanding performance all around in every way.
From the initial text & email to my BDM through to application, approval & settlement was seamless. I had not used Thorn for sometime as a commercial broker, I can honestly say now they are well & truly back on my lender panel of choice.

Thorn is way ahead of the game - easy onboarding, great customer support, and perfect integration with Xero. It only takes a few clicks to set yourself up and fund invoices from customers.
Arvind from their team is an absolute legend and I strongly recommend Thorn to any business looking for an invoice factoring facility.
