MAGICAL is the only way to describe this trip seeing the northern lights dance their way across the sky is something i will never forget, snowmobiling husky sledding snowshoeing feeding reindeer this is once in a lifetime material and myself and my family will cherish these memories forever, thorn travel could not have been better in all they did for us the staff are just golden and 5 stars is not enough for them thank you so very much for the memories you have given us.

We started using Thorne Travel (Kilwinning) when we moved to Scotland in 2016 and they are absolute superstars! We would give them an idea of where we wanted to go and what we wanted and they never have never failed to come up with amazing packages. Another bonus is that they are always at the end of a phone, if there are any unexpected issues while you're away. Shona and her team, especially Christiane (who has the patience of a saint!) are fantastic examples of what travel agents should be and, even though we no longer live in Scotland, we still use Thorne Travel.

We have used a few Travel Agents in our time but Thorne Travel definitely come out on top. When you visit any of their premises you are always greeted with a smile and asked how you are doing and if you want a tea/coffee. The last cruise we did with them my husband left his camera on board the ship and after contacting Thorne Travel to see if they could help us to retrieve it they went above and beyond to bring the camera back to us. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff donât care how much time they have to spend with you to make sure you choose the best holiday for you.

While many companies do charge for seat selection (including the tour supplier that you were booked with), we always try and get free seats together whenever possible but unfortunately this was not available for yourself.
