Had exactly what I needed at competitive price. Prompt delivery using the free delivery with orders over a certain value. Excellent customer service, they made a small error dispatching an item. When I emailed them about this, I got a prompt reply & received the correct item very quickly. Would recommend.

I was directed to this company after I found the item I required via search engine. The part ordered was a small add on for my Brother sewing machine. When it arrived it was exactly as expected so I am happy with it. The only reason this is not 5 stars is the cost of postage and packing which doubled the price of the part.
