Just received the Teavee mug, my daughter is going to LOVE IT! Chris answered all my questions super fast by email and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase or the response from the company. The mug arrived in a timely fashion and was packed extremely well. Will not hesitate to order again the future.

Deciding what rating to give was difficult, because of the circumstances. I waited a long time for my shirt, which was blamed on covid (just like every thing the past 5 months), but better late than never, right? So it finally arrives and it looks like dog doo. Any part of the image that was white had lines going through it (absence of paint/ink) and the whole image looked a little faded or blurred. Between that and the wait i would have given a 1 star rating. I wasnt very happy, told them that and that i would not be recommending thier company to anyone. Their rep "Chris" told me that wasnt a good print and shouldnt have been sent. He said they would send me a replacement. Cool beans, just more waiting, which I can handle.

Replacement shirt finally arrived the other day and looks 5x better than the first one. More crisp, no missing ink. Perfect. Wasnt the best experience, but at least they made it right.

Now when someone asks me where I got my awesome shirt i will tell them Threadfox.com

Great customer service when an issue came up! Chris Goodwin was amazing at getting back to me, aces all round.

Edit: Realized the shirt material is really bad. Coarse and irritating low quality cotton. It's pilling already after one wash. The printed design is starting to flake off, it's a huge shame since the design itself is amazing.

For the price of the shirt, I had expected a higher quality soft cotton material. I got two shirts and both are the same poor quality. Feels like a rip-off, shame because their customer service is great.

I have ordered a few items from Threadfox. One came damaged. When I contacted Chris he had a new one shipped out to me right away. Definitely will be ordering from again.

I bought a navy blue large size king Yoda shirt and it came on the date it said it would. The shirt is from fruit of the loom and I’m loving the design. I had no issues with purchasing this product from this company. I did however got some weird error from the company shipping it saying it was an insufficient address but when I checked the mail box there it was. So all in all if I see another design I like I will more than likely buy from this company again. 😁😄

Threadfox made my Christmas the best with a high quality printed poster that I gave to my brother as a gift. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re browsing for unique artistic stuff that doesn’t compromise quality.

Original ordered two prints of a Jar Jar Binks as Jesus Portrait, but only one came. However, Chris was super helpful and responded within the hour to track down the missing photo. Luckily, it had just gotten separated and arrived later. The photo's themselves looked great. The quality was nice, super thick poster paper (almost a thin board like material), picture looked good. But if you're a person that cares, they come rolled, which to me was no big deal. Overall - great customer service, great product, great price. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

I ordered 2 mugs for Christmas presents and they arrived at reasonable time considering where they were shipped from. The first one to arrive was perfect! The second one came a few days later and was unfortunatly cracked (happens with shipping sometimes, not the providers fault) Chris in customer service was very quick to resolve the issue and immediately put in a claim to have a new one sent to me free of charge. It's nice to deal with such a helpful customer service team, will defenitly be ordering again!!

Quick delivery and quality shirt! Would be nice to see more colour options on ladies shirts.

Purchased 6 mugs that got delivered to me in Finland. All of the mugs arrived in separate boxes after 16 days since time of order. The mugs were perfect and loved by everyone I gifted them to. Ordered a couple more for myself and look forward to receiving them!

Additional note, their customer service (Taylor) responded to my email in within 20 minutes of sending. Great support!

Took them a month and a half to ship me a mug. Finally received it. Box isn't labeled fragile and there is no padding in the box so the mug arrived broken. The mug also wasn't even close to the picture. Absolutely awful.

Ordered three mugs from Threadfox for my family for Christmas. There was quite a bit of confusion as to when the product was supposed to be delivered. The website said that it would provide tracking updates, as well as text messages to alert the progress of the shipping. I received neither, so I did not know when my package was supposed to arrive. I live a short way from my parents' house, so I anticipated that I would just go pick up the package from my place when it came. Apparently, it was delivered before Christmas, but I never got any alerts or tracking updates. So I did not have the mugs to give on Christmas day.
That being said, the mugs came out very nice and my family loved them. And Threadfox was quick to respond when I emailed them asking about the status of my order. However, I consider it lucky that the package got delivered at all and that they were the correct mugs to begin with (based on other people's experiences), and it was so stressful that I probably would not order from them again.

I ordered a shirt two weeks ago (Dec 16) with a hope and a prayer it'd make it here by Christmas. As the day draws closer it dawns on me that I'm going to have to tell my boyfriend his gift isn't here yet on Christmas. This morning (Dec 26) I woke up to an email saying my order has been canceled! "because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order"!! BS. How do you not know how many shirts you have and be unable to order more/limit the quantity people can buy online??? It's ridiculous. Don't order from threadfox otherwise they'll just cancel your order (and now the shirt I wanted is off the website completely!). At least I got a refund but this is so so disappointing for me and my boyfriend this Christmas.

I ordered a shirt Dec 1,2018. I have yet to receive it! I emailed them 12.10 asking when the item would be shipped. The lady emailed me back saying within 1-3days it will be shipped out. Here we are 12.20 with nothing! Horrible experience. Never again!
