A super course. The trainers are exceptionally knowledgeable and I wholeheartedly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Three Eggs Mental Health First Aid course. It was a good re-refresher and knowledge boost. I especially appreciated the guidance on how to approach potentially sensitive conversations about mental health and an overview of how different difficulties present in the workplace.

I have recently completed 4 sessions with Three Eggs for their Senior Mental Health Lead course. I thought both the trainers, Louise and Sarah were excellent. They had such empathy for the current barriers and challenges faced in education today and were able to give ideas on how to implement initiatives with this in mind. There was a perfect balance between theory and practical elements. The proformas Three Eggs provide are really helpful to organise your thinking and to plan your initiatives. I am excited for our journey ahead.

Senior mental health lead training!

What a great course. A two day experience which was so helpful. The knowledge and experience of the wonderful ladies who delivered the course was phenomenal. They were kind, welcoming and really took and interest in what each person had to say.
The resources given were also brilliant. The course also enables you to have follow up sessions to talk about your action plan and how we have implemented the training into our settings. They have a number of other courses which can also be used to deliver to our own staff by us in our settings.

I attended a Face to Face Senior Mental Health Lead course which was excellent. The trainers were very good; they knew their subject matter and were extremely professional and approachable. I would not hesitate to recommend the course and venue.

The Mental Health First Aider course I attended online was brilliant - the trainer was excellent, extremely professional and approachable. Even though the course was remote it was engaging and spread across the right amount of sessions with excellent resources available. I would highly recommend this course.

A really clear, concise and informative course about promoting and supporting mental health with a particular focus on educational settings.
The information was well presented and easy to access. We covered a range of mental health disorders and were made to feel confident about how we would approach colleagues if we were concerned about them.
The course also gave space to consider long term and short time actions that the mental health first aider could implement in the school.
It is also great that the course is accredited to give a sense of purpose and position within the workplace. .

The Senior Mental Health Lead course was very well organised, delivered and run. The small group, online session meant this course fitted into my schedule and allowed me time and opportunity to develop the network of other leaders across the country. The content and delivery method was very friendly and both course leaders delivered from a position of knowledge and understanding of life in a school.
