Ha long bay 1 day tour by Threeland Travel
What we booked was a day tour with Japanese guide which.was approx 40USD higher than the tour with English guide. However, no Japanese guide attended and contracted primary tour agence did even not that.
Then I called to the travel agency whos name is
Mr. Matt Nguyen in
Threeland Travel dba GrayLine Vietnam to ask for reimbursement.
He did not say any apologize, even he promised to send an e-mail to me to explain how to refund tge money back by EOB though, no e-mail comes from the company.
The company stole approx 80USD from us. They are fraud.
日本語ガイド付きツアー(約9000円/人)をThreeland Travel dba Gray Line Vietnamというツアー会社(Expedia経由)で二人分予約してカード決済しました。
当日日本語が話せるガイドは来なくて全て英語でした。
この会社は恐らく下請けで、色々なツアーを集めたツアーで、そもそも日本人は我々二人で元請けのツアー会社はそういう経緯だった事すら知りませんでした。
このThreeland Travelへ電話をして、「差額を返せ❗」と言い、担当のMatt Nguyenは「分かった、詳細は今日中にメールで送る」と言ってきましたが(勿論お詫びの言葉は一切ありません)、未だにメールは来ません。
合計約10000円詐取されました。
他のレビューを見ると他にも詐取されている人がいるみたいで、ここは詐欺会社です。
要注意です。
Expediaは早急に対応して詐取されらお金をCustomerへ返金し、この会社との契約を解除しないと、最終的にExpediaの評価も下がります‼️

Dear valued guest, First we would like to say sorry for any incovenience you might have! As checked, on the tour date, our tour guide had health problem that could not join the tour. We already informed partner Expedia via email to give you the refund, however it will take 7-9 days for the cash back to your credit card. However it is still resonsibility from our side when we have not informed you on time about this. We also sent you our separate email to explain the situation and attached the email we informed partner to give refund to you. We sincerely apologize again for any incovenience you might have and hope for your understanding!
