Ordered a bike seat cover and bike mirror 2 weeks ago. Both items arrived within 1 week, in good order and quality. I would use Threo again. Postage was indeed free and had no issues

All I received was a confirmation then nothing so it appeared no product was being sent especially after reading other reviews. However I was surprised to receive the ordered product today. This company needs to send product processing and tracking information to keep a customer informed.

ordered sunglasses on the 29th of January.no response to date despite numerous e-mails.phone number does not exist.have contacted my bank to initiate a refund.

Placed an order at end of June, still not received, only automated response from email. No answer on phone. I believe this is a scam. Would most definitely not purchase from this site.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Knee braces came quickly but they are rubbish. Don’t waste your money

Dishonest opaque business practices.

They claim they'll refund you if you request it within 24 hours. I emailed them 6 minutes after the order and they ignored that until the 24 hours had run out and then conveniently said the order was processing (therefore I couldn't get my wasted money back) and it would take up to 22 days to reach me. This kind of cunning manipulative business practice isn't the way to win loyal customers or 5 star reviews I'm afraid.

Others need to know is this isn't based in NZ - despite the kiwi domain and what you read on the website. They ship from China - that might not be a problem if you're prepared to wait for your product.

But if like me, you need your things within 3 weeks, it would be best to shop local. Searching 'Threo.uk' on trustpilot shows my experience is a common one.
