Extremely disappointed with Thrive Hair 👎

They advertised a “1+1 offer,” I placed my order, and after waiting for 3 days, they suddenly canceled it without any proper explanation. Now they’re saying the offer doesn’t even exist. This feels completely misleading and unprofessional.

Also, the reviews online look highly suspicious — seems like most of them are fake or paid just to attract customers. This kind of false marketing and poor customer handling is unacceptable.

Honestly, Traya is far better in terms of transparency and service.

I strongly advise everyone — DO NOT fall for these fake offers and avoid Thrive Hair

Pathetic Experience. This company is a total scam with no proper resolution to returns or refunds. The only thing they are quick at it, is selling more & more to you.
The moment i ordered from them, i got to know they are scammers and its a bullshit product. So i decided to return my order. At first i had to pay the courier charges from my pocket, then after they confirming receipt of the returned order, confirming processing of refund (4 times now in 2 months and 7 days ) i still am following up for my refund and the only answer they have is we are working on it. I have all chat proofs with me. Never buy anything from such scammers & bunch of crooks. Bheek mang lete Thriveco walo, apko izzat se de dete, but ye faltu chori ?? :)

I like their hair seeum 2.o that is really good. It actually works not just hype. I have server hairfall but after use my hairfall stop after 1 month.

Very bad experience. Poor product and worst customer service.
Once anyone buys this product, there is no proper refund or replacement policy.
Their consultant called me and confirmed false promises, saying the product will be useful and suggested me to increase my order. Initially, I ordered 2 serums, but the consultant said there will be no result with 2 and forced me to buy 4–6 bottles. Based on their advice, I placed an order for 6 serums.
After that, instead of cancelling my old order of 2 serums, they delivered both orders (2 + 6). When I contacted them, they said it was a system glitch and asked me to return the product at my own cost to some address.
This is completely unprofessional.
No clear refund policy, misleading sales tactics, and very poor support.
Worst experience ever. I will never recommend this company or product to anyone.

I bought some products from this .......I should say..that there were good and this website have all those things that a customer wants to be in such a shopping website for well user experience .

Moreover their customer support is very nice .Like I had order one product earlier where I had face difficulty in delivery.So i contact them for assistance then they treated me very well they listen my issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
So I highly recommend to use their products.

I am writing this review to warn potential customers about ThriveCo's unethical business practices. I bought their Hair Growth Serum to try for one month. Their sales team immediately called me, promised a 'dedicated hair coach' to guide me, and upsold me a 6-month kit (shampoo, conditioner, serum). I trusted them and paid.

Here is the reality of their 'Premium' Service:

Shipping Negligence: They sent me 2 Shampoos and 0 Conditioners. I paid for a full kit and received the wrong items.

The 'Dedicated Coach' is a Lie: No one called me on delivery as promised. I had to chase them. When I finally got through, a random rep gave me incorrect usage instructions, causing me to use the product wrong for 2 days until I chased them again for the right info.

The Unboxing Video Trap: I requested a replacement for the missing conditioner. They refused to help unless I provided an 'unboxing video.' I am a customer, not an influencer; I don't film myself opening shampoo boxes. Using this as an excuse to deny a claim for a paid order is absurd.

Extortionate Policy: The 'dedicated person' ghosted me for a week. When I called support, they explicitly told me: 'It is company policy that we cannot send a replacement unless the user orders something new.'

The Verdict: They sold me a promise of 'better hair,' took my money for a 6-month supply, sent the wrong items, and are now refusing to fix their own mistake unless I spend more money. I cannot comment on the product efficacy (only 3 weeks in), but their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.

Do not fall for the 'Personalized Coach' upsell. Once they have your money, you are on your own.

I faced issues with my order only. Mr Verma called me on my number and informed me about the anti grey (reverse grey) kit and he said along with the kit he will send colouring shampoo. The order that I received has no shampoo but only the serums and capsules. Instead of shampoo one scalp scrub was given which is of no use to me. I request to deliver me colouring shampo and take back the scrub but they don’t respond to me. Very bad service
