After many unsuccessul relationships with traditional agencies over the years, we were reluctant to use any 3rd party when recruiting. We'd been stung enough.

However, Adam was recommended to us from a close friend and fellow business owner. From the very first chat, we knew there something quite different about Adam and the way he operates.

They work to grasp a company, its drivers, work practice, ambitions etc, to better appreciate a requirement and consequent opportunities. They source the necessary skills but for me, more importantly, they unearth the appropriate characters and traits to compliment your specific business and working practice.

It’s mind boggling to go from years of sifting through dud cv’s to receiving a handful of targeted and quality cv’s, knowing the interviews will be of equal value. It’s like having an embedded team, invested, ready to go, minus the on-costs!
