The CAN-SPAM Act was enacted over 20 years ago, and not difficult to follow. Thrivewell needs to add their physical address to their email communication, and specify how I can choose to be removed from their marketing list. Neither were included in their spam email.

Kayla and Lance provided us with excellent service and got us all the funding we were looking for. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Got an email saying they could secure funding from me, when I contacted them I received an offer the next day and also got funded that same day! Would recommend and am going to be coming back

Seems like a total scam . Cold emailing me multiple times saying that they can fund me up to 150k to buy massage tables and hot stone warmers . Lmao. Why would my company even want or need a loan to buy a $100 piece of spa equipment. I’m so annoyed by my inbox being clogged up with this absolute crap .

Everyone I’ve worked with has been polite and professional. The rates are a bit higher than some alternatives, but the process is far smoother and requires far fewer hurdles than what you’ll find elsewhere.

SCAM ALERT

I received the same email as another reviewer, but with a different name signed at the bottom. This came in randomly in my company's mail.

"Hi there,

We just funded an entity in similar to Aphasie Rive-Sud with about 50K of working capital in under 24 hours.

Let me know if [my company name] is looking for something similar.

This is not a real company - they are definitely a phishing scam!
They continue to send spam/scam emails Associated to businesses that they definitely find using Bots to compile data mined from websites and Google listings.

Their own website is boilerplate and full of only stock photos and appear to be the ones that come as part of the free licensing when you build a website using companies like Squarespace. The three companies that they have in the section labeled "success stories from businesses" do not actually exist! There is no Sunny Side Cafe in Montreal Quebec that I can find, no bright design company located in Calgary Alberta, and Nexora Consulting they claim is located in Vancouver also seems like a website they created to give themselves Credence as I cannot find anything to support that that company exist in real life.

Do not use this company or assume that they are legit because I cannot find anything that would suggest that they are. In fact, the website thrivewellcapital (dot) com was legitimately first indexed by Google on June 2025. They claim to have helped over 3,500 businesses but their website is 4 months old? The math doesn't math

Also, anyone that is reading this if a company that claims to be about giving you capital or financing doesn't have a physical location listed on their website run immediately. Financial institutions and capital-based companies don't exist only on the internet and you should never be giving your information to companies like this.

Pretty sure this is a scam. I just received this email today:
"Hi there,
We can fund [redacted] with 50,000 of working capital in the next 24 hours.
Does that sound interesting to you?

Vancouver, BC"

Scam they reach me through email and told me just like that we are giving 50k of founding to your company.
Its a fishing scam to get access to you bank account. Their phone number search gave me 2 scam website
