I used them in past and they always took a long time to fulfill. But ever since they moved their production to Mexico, production times have skyrocketed. Now I have an order sitting in "pre-production" for a month, and customer support doesn't respond to my messages. Awful experience, I don't recommend working with them at all.

Communication was great I really appreciate it

Like all apparel fulfillment companies, their customer service sucks. They'll respond back saying they've sent your inquiry to the tech support team and then it's crickets. Don't waste your time.

I received my item which was a swimsuit however my design looked slightly different than the mockup. I also noticed that the back of the swimsuit is not lined with fabric as the front. Would have appreciated some lining at the back as well because the lack of lining cheapens the product. Otherwise, the product was OK.

Through6 offers a great site that was easy to setup, with nicely made products and a design interface that was intuitive and accurate in printing. The colors and lines of my design came through beautifully, and the clothing is fun and easy to wear. Customer service couldn’t have been nicer. Very pleased to have found this company!

The print quality is great and the production time fell within our expectations, we will continue to use them for all of our POD
