Very fast and effective shipping. Ordered sneakers Thursday night and they were delivered on Monday afternoon in Melbourne from Sydney. Awesome

Throwback had a large variety of some of my favourite brands and types of clothing as I am a huge basketball fan, but the one thing I wished you guys had was getting ja 1s day 1back in stock. So when are they going to be back in stock?

When my Gma and I walked into throwback we were greeted warmly by Lee, who did the greatest job we could ask for. We had a small budget but big help. With a wide variety of their clearance sale we were able to get 2 jerserys and a funko pop for 180$. Lee had only one week of experience yet it felt like he had worked there for years. We ended up spending more then an hour in there deciding. Overall you have earned life long customers, Cant wait to come back soon and spend more.

It's so hard to get certain items in Golden state warriors and especially at a reasonable price. I've purchased a few items now from this company for my son and I highly recommend them. On point with updates of purchase/delivery and the quality of the product / condition is the fantastic.

I initiated a return request for over two weeks and I am yet to get an acknowledgment not even to talk about when my credit will be returned.

App strategy preventing referral sales. I send a screenshot from Throwback store app of a pair of shoes to friend. Friend says where can I get them. I go to a search web for throwback store, get a link, opens the app. App does not have share. Too hard, go throwback store competitor, find the shoe, send the link. That's a sale you didn't get, not through lack of trying on my behalf.

It says free shipping on orders over $150 but when I go to check out it still charges $40. $40 for shipping!? Such a joke

I ordered Lebron NXXT Gen & 1x Elite Socks but apparently the socks is both LEFT foot. Very disappointed with this.

Ordered a pair of basketball shoes a week ago. They still have not shipped the order nor do they respond to any emails or phone calls. There has been absolutely no communication from the store after ordering. I start to suspect this store is a scam!

I never received my item after almost two months they replied saying they would look into it three weeks ago, I’ve sent three more follow up emails and now they are just ignoring me. Disgusting company took money and doesn’t want to rectify the problem. I will be going to consumers affair if they don’t resolve with in a week

Bought air jordan 1 low on line. they were faulty in manufacture as side had something protruding into my right ankle. shoe is unwearable after 10 min. customer care (don't care) were not interested in dealing with the problem. Made a complaint to Amex who are following up. will also go to consumer affairs. I emailed company but they don't respond. No telephone number listed.
Would avoid this company. Why buy from them when there are so many others with excellent customer service.

I bought the same thing twice want to know if I can get my money back and cancel 1 off my orders

i stayed up very late to try and get my favourite shoe and got it ordered, my order got canceled the next day i am absolutely devestated i was waiting for this release for years and was over the moon when i got it, this has single handedly ruined my year, i dont know what i am going to do and how i will keep living knowing i missed this, absolutely tragic i may have to pursue a lawsuit on this matter,

The Georgetown Jersey pealed after 2 washes.

The store is great and I found the in store customer service staff excellent. My 13 year old son purchased some clothing and a pair of basketball shoes. When the basketball shoes developed a fault within a week, the customer service response was dissapointing. Initially I went back to the store with the shoes for a replacement. The customer service rep. viewed the issue and agreed it was a fault but said I had to go via customer service online. I did this with multiple emails inluding proof of purchase and photos of the shoes and the issue. The response I finally received from them was that they deemed that the shoes had been used in a way that they were not intended and this had caused 'wear and tear'. They did not provide an explanation of how they derived this conclusion from the photos I sent. The shoes had only ever been used on indoor basketball courts and the issue developed after one week of use. They are pretty much unusable now, 5 weeks after purchase. So, I have now had to lodge a claim with Fair Trading NSW and write this negative review. It's dissapointing because I only wanted the $160 product replaced and was not asking for a refund. This is a shame because I think it is a fantastic store but they did not support me on the warranty claim as I would have expected. Probably won't shop there again now and probably would have reviewed them as 5 star otherwise.
