THT Direct.co.uk レビュー

A great company to deal with from initial contact with some questions on the product through to an on time delivery. Staff were friendly, polite and informative. Delivery arrived exactly at the beginning of the two hour time slot with a helpful delivery person. Price was the most competive at the time and more than happy to be dealing with a local company. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again.

I have now bought several appliances from THT Direct. They are one of the best companies I use. I always aim to use and support local or independent companies when I can. THT prices are competitive, they always deliver on time and tbeir delivery man, George will install the appliances too. They are on hand if any support is needed. I would be delighted to recommend them to anyone.

The service was swift and efficient and an unbelievable price. The experience would have been five stars, but my 65" LG C5 oled was delivered by one guy, who carried it up one flight of stairs on his own. Don't get me wrong, the tv was fine, and the guy was really nice, but that's an expensive disaster waiting to happen. Still, the delivery was on time, and no harm done, apart from a minute of (unnecessary) stress for me.

Fantastic customer service and speedy delivery I would definitely recommend them and it's a bonus they are local

2nd TV bought from THT, great service and price. I had an issue with the TV which was sorted out within the week no questions asked. Cant recommend enough.

Fantastic service fron George very knowledgeable about TV and accessories included ,great delivery and install service ,kept informed 2hr time slot bang on ,neat tidy and efficient install, professional service at all levels and even helped register for 5yr guaranteed ,wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend

10/10 service. George was super friendly and gave helpful advice on my new TV. Amazing discounts you'll not find anywhere else. At first as I was naturally skeptical thinking the saving was too good to be true but after my experience with THT I'm glad I went with them over bigger brands like Curry's and Argos etc.

Great price; efficient, delivered on time, follow up questions answered extremely promptly

Bought a TV from THT Direct and had no issues whatsoever. Great price, lovely customer service if you need to ring them directly and considerate professional delivery drivers. Wholly recommend.

Great price, communication and delivery service. Cannot fault, would not hesitate to recommend, and will use again if need arises.

Had to re-schedule delivery and willing to bring it forward. Also the best price I could find on the tv I purchased

Hi, THT Direct are a very good company, the process from order to delivery was flawless. Very competitive prices. Would highly recommend.

THT were easy to deal with.
Excellent delivery Service.

I was a little bit nervous to buy a TV at such a discount but I was convinced by some of the other positive reviews to go for it. My 65” LG C5 arrived safe and sound with no issues. I’m very happy to have found this website. There’s literally no reason at all to pay more.

Great service with phone call to discuss delivery dates/times, reliable delivery.

Hassle free ordered on line and was delivered the day before it was booked in for great service very happy with the service will definitely recommend to family and friends 👍

Best price I could find for a new LG G5 55inch TV. Free delivery and turned up in the allotted 2 hour slot. I had trouble with assembly, rang them and problem sorted . Great price, great customer service, I highly recommend.

No flaws, delivery was on time and the guy was nice, TV came in pristine condition and I got it for about £240 less than Currys etc. Very happy with my purchase!
