I had a bunch of heic files from my old phone that where not opening on my windows laptop, as i wanted to take backup of my pictures, so i dropped them here and got my jpg pictures converted with good quality compared to other free online utilities which were adding weird artifacts in my pictures.
I run a small YouTube channel and i wanted to look at what other creators in my niche were doing with their thumbnails. I found this site through a search and it was pretty straightforward.
You pick a YT video link, hit download, and you get the different size thumbnails.
I've not tried other platforms, but this served my purpose of youTube thumbnail analysis.
