Thumper's Pet Supplies Ltd レビュー

Great personal service and plenty of variety to suit your dog.

Great products, excellent service and very friendly, helpful advice. Would definitely recommend.

When thinking of changing to raw, I found Brett informative and patient with my many, many questions. He also went out of his way to research and find out about a specific health condition that one of my dogs has.
Thank you for giving me the confidence to give it a go!

I have used this local company twice and have been impressed with the range and the quality of products they stock and amazed by the customer service.

Everyone at Thumper’s Pet Supplies are always so kind and helpful and will do anything to help. Delivery is always so quick and never any issues with my orders. The best part is they aren’t far from me so always know if I need anything they will be there. Will continue to order all my pet supplies from them

Great range of product. Really friendly and knowledgeable. Will be using again in the future.

Brett & Laura have both been very kind when listening to my woes, there advice has been proved very useful, on how to improve my dog’s health and behaviour

Brilliant, caring, knowledgable. We've just moved to the area, and were worried we'd not find the raw food our dogs need; not only did we find the right stuff from an extensive range, but the price is good and the people are lovely.

Fab, friendly, helpful service with lots of great products to choose from for our pup!

Couldn’t recommend Thumper’s enough! Great products, great service and always super helpful and knowledgeable.

Lovely little local pet shop but very pricey and small treats

Great selection of raw and natural dog food and treats, free local delivery too which is a bonus!

So pleased I started using this company as they have a great selection of food and treats for your fury friends. Easy click and collect service and it’s nice to support a local business.

I have given 5 stars because they have been so helpful with our transition from kibble and tinned dog food to raw. It's a bit of a minefield to begin with and I was given good and knowledgeable information. They have kept in contact regularly to check on how my dog is doing as she has some skin issue's. The customer service and after care is brilliant.😊

I collect every single time and each time I am met with the friendliest 2 people possible! Laura and Brett go out of their way with their customer service. If I have any questions or queries they are always on hand to help with the best knowledge of everything they stock! Could buy elsewhere but love helping a small business that deserves it!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Thumper's reply to any query, are very informative and helpful. Products are detailed clearly and reasonably priced. Free delivery on a Thursday for qualifying orders. What's not to like!

Order was both ready timely and the process handled courteously.
