A concert was postponed for 6 months to a date when I would be outside of the country and with no access to internet. I wanted to transfer the tickets to somebody else, but apparently it's only possible up to 48 hours before the event. I called them, explained that I can't do the transfer 48 hours before the event because I will not have access to internet and asked if there is another way to do it earlier. They told me it's not possible, so basically I'm screwed and they are happy to take my money and run away with it.

They sent bad PNE concert ticket screenshots and will not refund tickets even when my ticket not used. Do not use this site if you are elderly or not good with technology they will just take your money. The box office was not open yet they say it was. The staff could not confirm tickets themselves on their end because they dont even have a guest list. All the money i spent and no red carpet greeting. This is bad organization. I traveled from northern bc and spent a lot getting there.
