What impressed me the most is the level of service. No matter what time you reach out — even late at night or early morning — the team is always supportive, professional, and ready to help.
Communication is excellent. Even during busy periods, they always respond and do their best to assist you.

We bought tickets for the 2026 Japan…
We bought tickets for the 2026 Japan Grand Prix. Picked the grandstand, then waited for our tickets. The URL for our tickets got emailed to us 10 days before the first day we could get access to Suzuka. Worked flawlessly!

Booked through this platform thinking I was buying tickets from the authentic F1 website, nonetheless it was a great experience. Responded to my query in a timely manner and received all instructions related to the ticket beforehand. Stand M at the Suzuka circuit had a great view of the race!

Communication was very good
Communication was very good, we received an email with collection code well in advance of the MotoGP.
On arrival at, The Chang circuit we found the collection point very easily and picked up our tickets.
I must add, the main Grandstand is well worth the extra, as you can see 90% if the track.
A brilliant day all round

Tickets delivered in plenty of time to be stressed and print out ahead of traveling. Location of seats couldn't have been better. Highly recommend this service.

Worth It
Using the Japan GP page to purchase tickets, in my opinion is worth paying the slightly elevated prices, we were able to purchase tickets in the specific grandstands we wanted before the offical ticket sales started (I assume they have some sort or partnership with the offical outlet), meaning we didn’t have to try and compete with everyone else when the ticket sales went live. Communication was well explained and tickets arrived about 2/3 weeks before race, no issues scanning tickets on entry etc.

First time for me. Alone. Waaay too many people. Oversold. If you don’t arrive suuuuuper early you will suffer. And once you leave your place it’s gone. Recommend only with friends 🤣 But of course amazing to see.

Following the cancellation of my Bahrain GP tickets due to the current geopolitical situation, I want to highlight the outstanding professionalism of the support team.
