Ticket Daddy is a scam !!

Ticket Daddy is a scam !!
They changed my Email and cancelled my bus ticket and rerouted my bus ticket to another location
They also received a
voucher for my bus ticket
I wasn't aware of anything they were doing because they changed my email so I wouldn't know that they had cancelled my bus ticket
When I contacted about the scam they never offered a refund instead they wanted to commit additional scams by offering me a voucher or a discount after refusing their offer because it's a scam they tell you they will get back with you but they will never call you back because it's a scam
I even spoke to the manager and he said the same thing I will get back you but know one has ever contacted me because it's a scam but they are harassing me to pay them because I reversed the charge on my credit card because I never used their services
They want me to pay for services I never used instead of just saying since you were scammed and fraud was committed I will give you a voucher for future use
But instead they are harassing me for $200 and asking me who is going to pay the $200
Take the loss and leave me alone

Tickets Daddy is a legitimate company that was established in 2017. We strive to provide a seamless and reliable bus booking platform for passengers traveling across the USA, Canada, and the UK.
Unfortunately, Greyhound, the bus company you booked with, has a strict non-refundable policy for urgent tickets. This applies regardless of whether the ticket is used or not. We are transparent about such policies in our terms and conditions, which we encourage all users to review before making a purchase.

Note : We had to pay Greyhound for your ticket and they don't refund for any ticket. thousands of customers buy tickets with us every day. After reviewing your comment here We are going to forward this fraud attempted by you to your cibil company. Our Legal team will contact you soon.

I got a text at 3pm stating my trip on…

I got a text at 3pm stating my trip on Amtrak leaving tomorrow night had been cancelled! I spoke to Johnson who was able to book me on same Amtrak train leaving tonight at 7:42! I will still be able to make the ballet in Columbia South Carolina Friday night! Thank you Nohnson!
