EXCELLENT SERVICE

EXCELLENT SERVICE. A computer error duplicated my booking, i.e. 4 tickets issued instead of 2. I advised Ticketsource of this within 5 minutes & asked them to cancel 2 tickets. They replied instantly - with such efficiency & charm that I would award them 10 stars if that were possible.

Great Customer Service

The customer service has always been excellent. I trust that if I have a problem or query, I can get an answer and solution quickly. The website is easy to use and overall find the whole product incredibly useful.

Excellent Service

Second time I have had to contact TicketSource with a problem. Both times my fault. However the problem was resolved same day without any issues.

Professional friendly service

After losing my tickets, I had a response to my email immediately and within an hour I had a lovely email with my tickets attached.

A system that just works!

I am part of the organising team of the Stowmarket Carnival, and fundraising is one of our key activities.
We arranged a special fundraiser this autumn, and we needed a ticket sales management system. TicketSource was recommended to us, and we decided to give it a try. I am so glad we did.
From the original event set-up, through ticket sales, to ticket scanning, and getting paid ... the whole system was seamless, and just worked!
At every stage there were self-help articles should we have run into difficulties, but that never happened.
As a (retired) process consultant I have to say the system was a joy to use - it has clearly been designed and tested from the client and ticket-buyers' points of view, not that of the software's internal admin. The system just works!
Highly recommended.

Excellent Service and Reliable Platform for Over a Decade

We have been using TicketSource as our ticketing platform for over a decade, and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. The platform is reliable and easy to use, and their customer support is outstanding. Whenever we have queries or need assistance, they respond quickly and go above and beyond to ensure we have the information and support we need—especially when working to tight deadlines. Highly recommended!
