Really easy website to use and has loads on there, also very quick and helpful when things go wrong, like when I booked my tickets with a none existent email.

Issue with receiving confirmation email due to a typo error in email. Very speeding response from customer service and tickets sent through right away, thanks Chloe!

Quick resolution regarding a recent ticket order

I had to cancel a concert and ask for refunds to be processed. This was done immediately and efficiently.

Requested a refund as the show I had bought tickets for moved on a week and I couldn’t attend. This was dealt with promptly and professionally.

Helpful response solving a problem of date change for my ticket booking.

The online ticket booking is pretty easy to use,, even for elderly punters. It was the first time I had been the event organiser, and I found the staff unfailingly helpful and clear in instructions. Handling complimentary tickets without making a charge is also very helpful.

I had small problem with tickets cancelled for a play I had booked, the venue advised thar that refunds had been issued, I had not received my refund, I emailed TicketSource yesterday morning and all was resolved by mid afternoon. The service could not be better, the member of staff I dealt with was very helpful and friendly

I ordered tickets for an event and received a refund that I was not expecting for postage that I had inadvertently paid for twice online.
