Timely responses, by email and phone


We had really good support from Ticketsource and Kate, quick to come back with the answers we required. It’s great to have somebody at the end of the phone and email to offer us the flexibility we need.

My sons schoold used their service for the play. booking was easy and when i needed to reach out as i had lost the booking email/tickets. Their customer service agent Chloe was fast to respond and very helpful!

had a great experience with TicketSource. I couldn’t locate my booking at first, which was a bit stressful, but their support team were really accommodating and sorted it out very quickly. They responded fast and made the whole process easy and reassuring. Really good customer service — I’d happily use them again.

Re send ticket

I had a problem I did not find my email of my e- ticket that I booked few months ago and when the event was approaching I wrote to them if they could resend the confirmation of my ticket so they kindly sent me the ticket in few minutes. Great service

Super fast help!

Super fast resolution to a missing ticket. Literally sorted within minutes after sending ONE email request!!!
I wish all companies were so swift, honest and polite.
