When purchasing ticket
When purchasing ticket, I had to adjust my credit card information before finalizing the purchase. While adjusting the card info, the ticket type was altered to a higher cost ticket without my consent. Unfortunately I paid for the ticket before realizing there was a change to the ticket type. The customer support is nonexistent - no number to call, and just an automated email stating all sales are final. I feel that the ticket type change may have been purposeful to solicit more money. Iâll go out of my way to never use Ticketmaster or subsidiary companies ever again
Ticketweb is a SCAM
How are these scammers still in business? I purchased concert tickets and was told I would get them 3 days before the concert. I did not, I checked every folder in my email for days. I emailed them 4 times because there is no actual number. They finally emailed me back the day AFTER the concert and told me no to a refund. This company is a scam. I've already been in touch with a lawyer from Pharr Texas for legal action. I'm tired of seeing everyone else's misfortune in dealing with this fake company. Lawyer up, boys!

Fist off, I purchased 2 tickets to the Brea Improv for a show on Saturday night. Unfortunately I wasnât able to make that show so I immediately reached out to them to see I would be able to exchange them for an earlier show. They took 2 days to reply only to tell me that thereâs nothing they can do. I mean there was no accommodation or anything! To me, if you have a business and you have customers that keep your lights on, how in the hell can you tell the customer âthereâs nothing you can doâ?!
Of course thereâs something you can do! Make an accommodation!

I think as long as you don't mess up your email you should be be good only reviewing so the average person doesn't go to stubhub and pay 5x the price to feel safer

They might issue a ticket for the wrong event.
Support was professional. The wrong ticket was issued. The reply took too long to get the correct ticket issued. I was blamed for a mistake made by the system and refused a refund. Will be avoiding doing business with this company in the future.

I have three shows that I have not received tickets for at this point. When I try to email them it doesn't go through. About half the time when you place an order and if you don't receive them then you better begin the work. Of course Ticketmaster purchased this company and since then you cannot get a human. Before that the service was outstanding. I could not stay in business if I did it like they do. Ridiculous.

I will never again knowingly book tickets through this company. There is no phone number and they simply ignore emails. My issue was very simple - I just wanted to see if I could change my booking to a later time on the same day but I received no response despite sending emails days in advance of the event. What sort of company ignores their customers ?

Got tickets for a show on Friday the night before the show, the next morning (the morning of the show) Got an email they were requiring negative Covid test or proof of vaccination, so I couldnât go. Now they are saying I canât get a refund
Lying and Scamming
Had tickets for a show and then COVID happened. Wasn't able to attend the reschedule in April 2021. Was explicitly told to tear tickets, reply with confirmation code in the subject by XXX date. Replied a week earlier and have been trying to get a refund since...despite this whole documented back and forth, they continue to say I can't get a refund. At this point I'm simply following up monthly to remind them they are lying to customers.
A complete scam - STAY AWAY
This company is a complete scam and should be closed down. I bought tickets to Comedy Cellar in New York and the venue would don't honor our tickets. They said we weren't on the list and would not allow us inside, even though I had PAID AND PRINTED tickets in hand. I tried to get a refund for a show THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO ATTEND and they cut and paste the same thing: tickets are non-refundable.

Ticketweb sent out a cancellation and refund policy due to changes in the Covid policy at the venue for a concert. I followed the instructions to a T and they ghosted me for 3 months until I received an email saying that all sales were final. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
