Don't bother applying for a loan with them as they are a dodgy company

Total waste of time. Had 1 before and paid back early. They dont like that. Now you waste time applying again and say you are approved then declined??? Avoid at all times ...shocking company

Told me I was approved, took all of my details and then declined me. More time wasting companies that shouldn't exist, let alone operate the way that they do.

Don't know how they make any money they absolutely pester you to apply then decline you when you do apply

Accepted my application, my credit score vastly improved but again like others they reject purely to steal your personal information.

Poor customer service, high rate and 1% chance of getting accepted for a loan even after providing all details and spending time on your application (waste of time). If i could rate it 0/5 i would.

Never had a problem first loan. Paid off on time. Applied for another 2 months later and declined instantly. Fair enough, will not use again

Scamming. I’ve had a fraud case opened with my bank & it leads back to this scam company. They accept you for a loan then redirect you to various other lenders which then take random
Payments from your account.

Had an hour long phone call to a fraud specialist team yesterday & everything leads back to this company either stealing my bank details or selling them to another rat scammer.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE !

AVOID!! My £90 final payment has been made to £237 within 10 days, no customer service support for people having financial problems

SCAM!
They tell you that you are aproved and after a short while they decline your application . I believe they want to stole personal data and pass them to indian call center to harass you .
AVOID!!!!!

I had a loan with this company and ended up on an IVA. I get harrasing email from them saying its a breach of contract even though at the time of taking the loan I had zero intent on going on an IVA. Do not let these people bully you.

Horrible and waste of time. Just want your details and they will decline. No regards

I made an online application just by chance because I fell short this month not expecting to get accepted I was accepted within an hour for £300 really please as this is a big help thank, you.

Getting a loan was amazing and quick! I hit a brick wall when I went from full time hours to part time. Had to be put on a payment plan based on my new income. They've been nothing short of great in helping me in the matter. Such a stressful time it was for me and continue to be but I'm thankful that they're working with me in this matter. Highly recommend them. Thank you.

I took a loan with Tick Tock Loans and all seemed OK, money was transferred within a day.

I paid my loan off in full before the final payment scheduled due. At this point I would have said it was a great service.

I reviewed my credit report via numerous different reporters and not 1 had shown I even had a loan, let alone paid it off in full. I contacted Tick Tock and asked why this loan was not showing on my credit report, they sent a automated email stating they update credit reference agencies within 30 days. It had been almost 3 months since I took the loan and 2 months since paying it in full. I emailed them a second time with all my information and was sent another automated email the same as the first stating 'we will update them within 30 days'. It really worries me that a financial institution is providing loans to customers, however clearly lack simple maths skills to calculate a 30 day period. I imagine that had I of not paid on time, or missed a payment this would have been notified immediately! I am not sending any further emails to tick tock loans and will be taking this further.

If you are taking a loan in order to better your credit report, do not use Tick Tock. The customer service is shocking and I am not sure I have ever spoken to a real person!

Don't use. They ask you the relevant questions but then require you to enter sensitive bank details before telling you you've been declined.
