First class services from these guys. Whether buying luxury brands like - Rolex, Omega etc. or cheap and cheerful basic watches for a few pounds, the customer service is the same and exceptional.
Orders are posted promptly and securely and trackable by Royal Mail with discounted, and free postage for multiple buys.
Great communication and always on hand to answer questions or offer advice.
If you get the chance, catch their watch shows on eBay live.

excellent service from Cormac, was impressed with his customer service and speed of communication and delivery of the watch.

It’s rare that you come across a business like Tick Tock watches, one that really does genuinely put their customers at the heart of what they do.
So, my wife purchased me a Cartier Tank for my upcoming birthday and the process from start to end was a joy. Lots of open and honest communication about the condition of the watch (btw which was better than described!) as well as the reassurance that if it wasn’t to our expectations they would be there to sort it out.

These guys are the absolute best! I asked Kyle to source me a watch and I wanted it to be in almost brand new condition. I wasn’t in a rush, however he sourced it within 24 hours and the watch was delivered to me the day after I paid. The watch arrived in perfect condition with box and papers. Whilst having amazing vintage stock which I have also bought before, I’d wholeheartedly trust Kyle to find any watch for me. Wouldn’t ever choose anywhere else, the time and attention Kyle applies to his trade and customers is the best in the business and you can tell it’s a true passion.
