Now for the rest, because other readers deserve the full picture.

This watch was purchased more than six months ago, shipped all the way to Australia completely free of charge, and after your message we did not ignore you, disappear, or “leave you on your own.” Quite the opposite. We replied, we explained the warranty procedure, and we even provided the information of where the watch should be taken so the issue could be properly assessed following the normal protocol.

What we did not do was offer to arrange an international collection from your doorstep at our expense, without any prior inspection, without any technical diagnosis, and without knowing whether the issue comes from a manufacturing fault, impact, water exposure, battery depletion, or any other external cause. That is not “terrible support.” That is simply how warranty procedures work in the real world.

Saying that a seller offers “no support” after receiving detailed instructions is a little like ignoring the map and then complaining that nobody built the road for you. And suggesting “grey market” because you were asked to follow a standard warranty process is, frankly, quite imaginative. Good prices do not automatically mean something suspicious is happening. Sometimes they simply mean a retailer has experience, volume, and more than 30 years in the business.

For anyone reading this, TicTacArea.com has been shipping watches and jewelry internationally for decades. Qué bonito leer una reseña así, porque cuando alguien habla de un reloj “muy apreciado”, ya no estamos hablando solo de una pieza o de un repuesto. Ahí hay historia, costumbre y seguramente también cierto cariño detrás.

TicTacArea.com commercialise environ 2 000 references de bracelets et bracelets de montre. Chacune d'entre elles, sans exception, comporte depuis toujours le meme avertissement en gras dans sa description. Pensez-vous serieusement que nous avons modifie 2 000 fiches produit en une nuit a cause de votre avis ? Si tel etait notre niveau de reactivite, nous meriterions un prix Nobel de logistique, pas une etoile sur Trustpilot.

Accusation n 2 : "je n'ai rien recu, meme dans les spams"
Notre systeme de messagerie a enregistre l'envoi d'un email a votre adresse le 5 mars 2026 a 10h46, le jour meme de votre commande. Cet envoi est consigne avec horodatage dans notre base de donnees. Si cet email ne vous est jamais parvenu, c'est un probleme de filtrage de votre fournisseur de messagerie, pas une defaillance de notre part. Nous ne pouvons pas controler les serveurs de La Poste, uniquement prouver que le message est parti. Et il est parti.

Accusation n 3 : "les bracelets Skagen ne sont pas fabriques a la demande"
Fossil Group a acquis Skagen en 2012. Les bracelets de remplacement sont fabriques a la demande via leur programme officiel de pieces detachees. C'est une pratique standard dans l'industrie horlogere, verifiable publiquement. Le fait que vous n'y "croyiez pas" ne change rien a la realite. Les faits ne sont pas une question de croyance.

Accusation n 4 : "vous manquez de sens commercial"
Nos 1 500 avis verifies, nos 30 annees d'experience et notre clientele internationale suggerent precisement le contraire. D'ailleurs, vous nous avez effectivement contactes, mais uniquement a la reception des bracelets pour demander un retour. Pas avant. Pas quand nous vous avons ecrit le jour de la commande. Pas pendant les 20 jours de fabrication. Seulement apres, quand il etait trop tard. Et soyons honnetes : une montre Skagen neuve et authentique coute plus de 150 euros. Vous en avez commande deux pour 60 euros chacune, et vous pensiez recevoir des montres completes ? A ce prix, la question n'est pas notre sens commercial, mais le bon sens le plus elementaire.

Le titre du produit disait "Bracelet". La reference disait "STRAP". La description disait en gras "NOT the complete watch". Nous vous avons ecrit le jour meme pour vous le confirmer et vous offrir 24h pour annuler. Vous n'avez ni lu, ni repondu, ni annule. Et maintenant vous inventez que nous avons modifie nos descriptions, alors que 2 000 fiches produit identiques prouvent le contraire.
Modifier une accusation a chaque reponse ne la rend pas plus vraie. Cela ne fait que multiplier les faits que nous pouvons presenter pour y repondre.

Muchísimas gracias por esta reseña y también por la foto que subiste en Google con el reloj puesto en la muñeca. Ese tipo de imágenes nos encantan, porque le dan vida a la compra y casi nos dejan imaginar el momento exacto en que te llegó el paquete, lo abriste con ganas y te lo probaste al instante. Y sinceramente, eso vale muchísimo.

Además, el Casio MTP 1302 verde tiene algo especial. No es el típico reloj que uno compra sin pensarlo. Es de esos modelos que se te meten en la cabeza, que vas mirando una y otra vez hasta que un día dices “ya está, me lo llevo”. Por eso da todavía más alegría saber que la experiencia estuvo a la altura de lo que esperabas y que todo el proceso fue bien de principio a fin.

Nos alegra mucho que destacaras el seguimiento del envío hasta Chile y el buen funcionamiento de todo el proceso de compra. Cuando un pedido viaja tan lejos, no basta con que el reloj sea bonito. También hace falta que haya información clara, buen embalaje, seguimiento real y la tranquilidad de sentir que detrás de la web hay un equipo pendiente de que todo salga como debe. Empecemos por un punto clave. Todos los pedidos de TicTacArea.com se envían desde España. Cuando un envío sale de la Unión Europea, entran en juego las normas aduaneras del país de destino. No es una condición impuesta por nuestra tienda ni una ocurrencia del courier, sino legislación internacional. Cada país aplica sus propios impuestos de importación, aranceles y procedimientos de despacho. Esos importes los recauda la aduana de tu país, a veces a través del transportista que actúa como representante. Ese dinero no lo cobra TicTacArea.com, no lo recibe y, desde luego, no se beneficia de él.

En nuestra web esto aparece explicado de forma clara en la Política de Envíos: para destinos fuera de la UE, los impuestos y tasas no están incluidos. Es la práctica estándar en el comercio electrónico internacional. Si una empresa española “incluyera” o “eliminara” impuestos extranjeros de manera arbitraria, estaría incumpliendo tanto la ley española de exportación como la normativa fiscal del país receptor. Créenos, ojalá viviéramos en un mundo sin aduanas ni formularios, pero la realidad, muy poco romántica, insiste en existir.

Sobre los llamados “gastos administrativos” del courier. No son impuestos disfrazados. Son tarifas de gestión que aplica la empresa de transporte por tramitar el despacho aduanero en nombre del destinatario. Es exactamente el mismo sistema que utilizan DHL, FedEx, UPS o los servicios postales nacionales en cualquier parte del mundo. Los impuestos van a la autoridad aduanera. Los gastos de gestión corresponden al servicio del transportista.

En relación con la devolución y el reembolso. Tu pedido disfrutó de envío gratuito. Cuando un paquete no se recoge, se rechaza o no se abonan los cargos de importación, el envío se considera retorno. Y ahí aparecen costes reales: transporte de ida ya abonado por nosotros, transporte de vuelta facturado por el carrier y, en algunos casos, tasas de almacenaje o destrucción si el paquete queda abandonado. Estos importes se descuentan del total del pedido tal como detallan nuestras Condiciones de Devolución. El envío gratuito no convierte la logística internacional en gratuita en sentido inverso.

Indicas que el paquete “ni siquiera pasó por aduana”. Técnicamente, cualquier envío fuera de la UE está sujeto a control aduanero, aunque el proceso no siempre sea visible para el destinatario. Que no se vea no significa que no exista.

Respecto a los plazos. Las devoluciones internacionales pueden tardar semanas o incluso meses dependiendo del país y del transportista. Los reembolsos se emiten cuando la mercancía regresa físicamente a nuestras instalaciones, no antes. No es una excusa, es una obligación contable y legal.
