A total scam
Ordered and paid for goods that never arrived.

I'm here to warn everyone not to use this website!!! You need to listen for your own benefit! I ordered and months later never revived my item and had a hard time to get my money back. They are A SCAM!!!!

Tracking said my order was delivered on Aug 14, 2023, yet as of today, I haven’t received it! I waited and waited and waited, hoping there was just a delay or something! But nothing was delivered! This was a lesson for me! Beware!

Never received my purchase!
Waited a long time checking on tracking number which said “Not Found” I emailed the provided Customer Service contact about this & got a reply of ‘expected 6-7 days for delivery’
Then saw Item DELIVERED!
August 08, it was NOT!
I had no reply from further email messages.
This is a scam site-beware!

Well i guess i should have know i couldnt have really got a gas powered lawn Mower for 40 dollars. Tracking said it hit the united states somewhere in Kentucky. I live in virginia.....well-only waited 5 weeks for nothing

A rip-off racket. Chinese company that takes your money & never delivers. Tells people it can take 6-8 weeks coming from China. My credit card gave me my money back but they never get it back from tidebuy. Americans are paying high interest rates to make up for loses like this.

Ordered an item in early March. Wish I had visited Trustpilot before submitting the order. The vendor-provided tracking and the Shop app both showed shipping progress (minus actual locations) over the course of 3 weeks. Then I received a notification from both that the item was delivered. Huh? I was home at the time and there was no delivery. I contacted Tidebuy's customer service with my order number and demanded to know the address where the item was delivered. They couldn't tell me and asked me if I wanted a refund. I said yes and of course, after waiting the requisite 5 business days, no refund was issued. Ni Hao has stopped responding to my emails.

I ordered from this company a electric trailer jack for $56. Which was about half price. It's a scam. I never received my merchandise and I did not receive my refund. They lied to me over and over and I am out $56. I'm poor and went hungry while begging for my money back or merchandise till finally they stopped answering my emails. Horrible. They don't deserve one star. I can back up my review.

Do not buy anything you will not get it and they will not refund your money.

I purchased a pool cleaner almost two months ago, but it never arrived. Now I’m trying to get a full refund. Someone is answering my emails, but I have a sneaky suspicion that I won’t see the refund on my credit card.
I just read all the horrible reviews on here. I should have seen these before I made my purchase. Oh well. Lesson learned. But why isn’t anything being done to shut down this Tidebuy website when it’s obviously fraudulent?
Who needs to be called in to get them off the internet? So much money has been stolen!

Purchased a item early march 2023 apparently it days delivered April 5 2023 they will not tell me the carrier or anything then they emailed me back saying it’s lost and that my refund has to process well still no refund their emails bounce back from time to time I’m disputing with my bank. They are fraudulent company.

Wish I could give a 0. Fraudulent company. I gave them $174.00 order on March 9th, 2023 and have not received it. When I email them I keep getting replies my order has been shipped. Will be there in 5 - 8 days. Well that has come and gone. Very bad business. Don't order from this company if you don't want your money basically stolen.

Comment une société comme celle ci peut encore exister après tous les commentaires négatifs ?. victime moi aussi d'une arnaque en janvier dernier ( vêtement commandé , paye mais jamais reçu ) Je les relance depuis janvier en les traitant d'escrocs mais aucune reponse . Comment les empêcher de nuire ?

Would leave no stars if that was an option. Do not order from this company. They are based in China. Email doesn’t work. Phone number doesn’t work!!

Commande passée et payée depuis octobre 2021. Je n'ai toujours pas réceptionnée ma commande. Mon compte a été supprimé. Malgré mes relances, c'est silence-radio.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Have not received the t-shirt my autistic son wanted to wear for a school event...he us really upset and too late to get something else. No response to emails. Do not order from them.

Jamais reçu mes articles commandé en novembre. Perte de 150 € !!! Relancé via leur site plusieurs fois et reçu uniquement des réponses qui étaient "désolé nous faisons le maximum" , bref, rien, balladée pendant des mois. Aujourd'hui mon compte a été tout simplement supprimé ! Mon adresse mail est indiquée ne pas être associé à un compte (alors que c'est bien sur cette adresse que j'ai reçu la confirmation de commande et paiement) Voilà comment solutionner les problèmes .... Dépitée, mais ce qui est sûr c'est que je n'achèterais plus jamais sur un site chinois, quel qu'il soit.
