I’ve had the pleasure of working with Zahra, Mara and Charlotte at Tiger Recruitment across several roles, and they have been absolutely fantastic throughout.

They truly understood what I was looking for and the level I was operating at, kept me consistently updated, were always responsive, and provided thoughtful support and honest advice whenever needed.

Chloe at Tiger was incredibly efficient and responsive, quickly assessed what we were looking for, and put forward two strong candidates. She was interested in feedback which could help refine the search, and constantly in touch to keep moving the recruitment process forward. I would recommend her.

From the very first communication, our experience has been genuinely positive. The process started with thoughtful contact via LinkedIn, followed by email, and then a proper conversation, which already felt refreshingly personal.

Taking the time to meet with us, listen to our story, and really understand who we are felt very human and considered. In today’s world, where recruitment can often feel heavily reliant on automation, algorithms, and CV filtering, it was genuinely refreshing to experience a more personal, people-first approach.

I cannot recommend Jess highly enough as a recruiter. Working with her has been one of the most positive recruiting experiences of my career. From the very first conversation, she was warm, honest, approachable, and genuinely invested in understanding who I am and what I was looking for.

Consultants at Tiger come across as pleasant and well meaning, but after approaching me from finding my CV, gushing about how great it is, and registering me, I never had any roles run past me. This is in vast contrast to other recruitment firms, who seem eager to run all their best roles past me.

Tiger often have quite a lot of roles advertised that seem very relevant to my experience. But if ever I enquired about any, no matter who I spoke to, I was told another consultant would have to get back to me, but then it would be silence, and follow ups would go unanswered.

I feel like all their roles must be ghost roles as it doesn't make sense why not a single one ever got back to me - I must have asked about at least a dozen roles over three or four months.

I am what other recruiters term a 'walk-in candidate' - i.e, clients are eager to snap to me up, so I don't know why I didn't have a more impressive experience with Tiger. I stopped bothering to ask or send my cv in, it just seemed to be a waste of time. I don't think I will bother with them in future as a candidate or client.

I can only say positive things about Tiger recruitment. They have consistently found me work. I have mainly dealt with Jess Umasuthan and Isabella Francomb, who have both impressed me with their positive attitudes and uncomplicated approach to finding suitable roles. 10/10 for feel good factor!

My experience was amazing! My recruiter, Jess Krisburg was intelligent and found me jobs that I desired. She never doubted my skills and ultimately found me a position that exceeded my expectations and is a place I could see myself at forever. She was timely on her responses, answered my many questions and never shyd away from getting any answers I needed.

Isabella at Tiger Recruitment took care to understand our needs before finding great candidates. Communication is good and clear and we have a terrific candidate working with us. The last candidate - also through Tiger - was terrific too. Tiger is proactive and helpful.

I had a brilliant experience with Tiger Recruitment. It was great being able to speak directly with Kate and Katie throughout the process. They always kept me informed, checked in regularly, and ensured I had everything I needed. The one-to-one follow-ups after my interviews were really helpful and made the whole experience feel really supportive.

I’ve recently had Chole helping me find a job in London, and with great success as I start on Monday! She was so efficient, helpful, and approachable throughout the whole process. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.

I’ve been registered with Tiger for quite a few years now. The initial consultant has moved on and I now work with Chloe. I’ve found Chloe to be super responsive and very good at listening to what I’m looking for in a Nanny role. She replies to me quickly and always thinks a few steps ahead. She demonstrates that whilst she supports the client she also looks out for the candidate too.

They understand what their client need from the first time, and honest in all their communication.

Amazing recruitment company. I had been looking for a role for a few months and registered with Tiger. My consultant was Olivia Entrican and she was simply amazing. She secured me an interview very quickly and within two weeks I had secured a new job. Olivia was supportive throughout and I really can't thank her enough!

I have worked with Patrick for my last job change and the experience was very positive and smooth. Patrick has been very kind and supportive along the process, I would definitely recommend him and Tiger!

Forever discriminating of candidates with no longevity!!!
I've observed Tiger's marketing tactics, for year's.
Obviously geared towards the 20 something crowd who say Yes to everything and everyone.

Lovely people to work with, coordinated everything so my interviews all ran smoothly and were very quick at updating me with any updates or changes.

I would consider emailing the address you provided if I actually thought any good would come from it. The fact you admit you have no correspondence on record is telling in itself.

Trustpilot makes you put a date (and will not allow a date to be longer than a year) when completing a review. The reason I highlight this is because my bad experience was not the first bad experience I had with you guys. A few years prior you did the same BS.

To summarise, I won’t be writing an email to the ‘generic’ tiger@tiger email
you provided because of the points I highlighted and because frankly life is too short.

If you had any sense of client/customer service you would be reaching out to me to ask what happened, not requesting that I contact some BS generic email you list on Trustpilot.

As I said, GOD AWFUL.

Tiger have been wonderful in placing me in my first temp job. I would highly recommend this agency for those looking for both temp and full time positions.
