Tigerlily on Designer Wardrobe
Don't go near Tigerlily as they said they has shipped my two items and gave a false tracking number as evidence.
I eventually got my money back but don't go near them they are untrustworthy. Why.. I don't understand. I thought Tigerlily would have a good name but not with me for sure.
Absolutely appalling quality swimwear. Clasps broke twice, stained from sunscreen which of course swimwear will come into contact with. Customer service did not want to know even though the bikini top had been worn for less than a dozen time. Tilgerlilly are only interested in chasing the dollar, not quality or customer service. Front of house bondi Junction fantastic. Too good to eork for rip off store TL.

When I reached out to customer service seeking an exchange due to the gross misrepresentation, my experience only worsened. The customer service was shockingly poor, with unhelpful and dismissive responses. Despite providing evidence of the discrepancy between the advertised photo and the actual item, they refused to acknowledge their mistake and would not initiate an exchange.
The entire encounter with Tigerlily has been deeply frustrating, and their refusal to rectify their error demonstrates a lack of integrity. It is disheartening to encounter a brand that appears to be so indifferent to customer satisfaction and honesty.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Tigerlily Santa Teresa Estella Cami based on my experience. The misleading advertising, poor customer service, and refusal to address a clear error are unacceptable. Potential buyers should be wary, as my encounter with Tigerlily has left me questioning their commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.
