easy company to work with!

I ordered the Leica Disto E7500i Laser Distance Meter with Bluetooth 4.0. You should ask for their best price / discounted price, because it can make a difference. I was very pleased with what I ordered, their online help and service and with the quick delivery.

Good selection of products. Very fast delivery service and very competitive pricing.

i placed an order for in stock items that should have shipped in no more than 48 hours. I placed the order on the 1st of September. I communicated with the company on the 8th of September. I was told that they had shipped that day, but no tracking number provided.
I emailed today, thankfully UPS delivered the items today. I actually received the tracking number about 3 hours after the UPS delivery.
This is not the customer service that I had received on past orders and am concerned about moving forward.

We got two replacement batteries for our Topcon instrument. They are direct replacement for a fraction of the price. They work as well as the original batteries did when new.

After purchasing a Topcon Laser transit, the item was delivered in great time. After inspecting the unit, It never self-leveled itself. called Tiger Supplies for a different one and it took forever to get a shiping label for the defective one to be returned. I sent it back and i got confirmation that is was returned. Waited for a refund, emailed the sales person back about the situation. Got an email stating that a refund was processed by customer service dept. after a month. Looked up my bank account for such refund and it was never returned. I would never recommend buying from this company again, really bad customer service and sales depts

I ordered 4 Tripods and 1 was placed on backorder. Nobody informed me of this as I was waiting for the remaining Tripod. I contacted Customer Service and was informed it would be shipped out within a day or two. 4 weeks later no Tripod. I contacted Customer Service again with a Rep saying they will check and get back with me. They never did. Tripod finally showed up 6 weeks after first customer service call.
Needless to say I will not be using Tiger Supplies again.

We order from them often and have had only good experiences.

The whole process was fast and easy. Ordering and shipping was quick. Two screws were missing from the product which I had to request twice. Had to return an item for another size which went well all but the credit on the return. Requested the credit a few times and finally received it approximately a month after Tiger signed for the return.

Items purchased correct and received promptly. I'd order again.

Great !!!! They do what they said in the time frame they tell you.

Good company, timely delivery, but the product is "cheap chinese crap"...not up to what "used" to be made. Can only put a few drawings on these sticks and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. MAKE American.

A Great group of people that were very easy to deal with. They were very patient with me asking all the questions my engineer had. I would buy from them again.
