Like a lot of recent comments, I recently was just dropped from my Lifetime subscription that I upgraded to (after a sales email suggesting I do so for a one time upgrade fee). No reason was given, just that my account had expired. I was unable to reach customer service and paid for another month figuring they would reverse it once the issue was resolved. It has been over a month and I have not heard anything , after many, many emails and chat box requests. It is like they have dropped off of the face of the earth. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. At this point they have essentially stolen the money I paid for the lifetime account.

Haven't looked at or responded to customer service complaints for 6 months. Suddenly my "lifetime" subscription just stopped working.

Lifetime license was a lie. Stopped working and I contacted them - no responses.

Should file a lawsuit.

I brought Lifetime subscription and after I brought it I notice that I can't connect and I contacted they customer support and he inform me that the TigerVPN is blocked in my country!!! should I buy VPN to unlock TigerVPN in my country?
anyways before you buy from them check google store and you'll find they didn't update they mobile app since 2018 and read the reviews then decide if you want buy from them or no.

I've bought lifetime licence few year ago and since one week i cannot use anymore my account say that i have no licence active.

I've contact their support by love chat/ email but of course no answer...

I will never came back and share to my friend on social media my very bad experience.

My Lifetime subscription was cancelled without notice after 4 years. Customer service will not reply. It was good while it lasted, but obviously they didn't follow through on their service agreement. That's something that seems kind of important when talking about a VPN provider.

"Lifetime" subscription was cancelled without ANY notice, not even an email. Support is not answering at all but seems to read the messages.

Tiger VPN has very bad if not sh it customer service. I have not got a reply from customer service live chat and email for weeks. The 7 day cancel guarantee is not a cancel guarantee as they do not respond to their customers when customers of any problems or question, it kinda defies the whole point of "live chat" and customer support email. Please be aware of this and do NOT make the same mistake as myself!!!

I bought this product on a lifetime subscription in 2016. It mysteriously stopped working exactly four years later, and all my attempts to contact support failed. I can still login to my account, but I have to buy another subscription.

I appreciate that a lifetime subscription is an unsustainable business model, but to cut off all your customers who paid for it and then ignore them isn't exactly great customer service.

I'd suggest going with a reputable VPN provider instead, who offer actual customer support rather than a bait and switch subscription model.

Horrible support. They used to reply when I first got the VPN about 2 years ago, but now there is no reply back at all even after 6 months of waiting. I tried again 2 months ago and still no reply to this day.

Here are some other bad things you must know about the VPN;
-No Killswitch
-The VPN leaks my IP with torrenting, and others do not. Very dangerous!
-Only OpenVPN (No Stealth, IKEv2 or Wireguard)
-Have suggested server locations and they say they will implement one day but they haven't even after a year.
-Buggy Windows app (Sometimes it will not let me login too even though login credentials are correct)
-Hardly any settings in the application.
-No Application updates for over 2 years
-No Netflix support on any servers except for Spain and Italy

I am very upset with this VPN. I was wondering why torrenting was so fast with this VPN, so I looked at ipleak.net Torrent IP checker and was very upset to find out it had leaked my IP but my web browser and DNS IP is not leaking. This is probably some sneaky little trick to make people think their speeds are faster and to save money on bandwidth. VERY UPSETTING. I am never using this VPN again, and have uninstalled it. Very sad I will not get my money back on my 3-year subscription with 1 year remaining.

2 VPNs I can recommend are CactusVPN and AirVPN.

Habe eine Lifetime gekauft, seit Wochen keine Verbindung mehr möglich, Kundenservice haben die scheinbar nicht. Bekomme seit Wochen kein Antwort auf mein anfrage, wo das Problem liegt.
Scheinbar hat TigerVPN sich mit den Lifetime Accounts verrechnet.
Ich war bisher eigentlich zufrieden mit dem Service.

Waiting for their help desk for more than 2 days now. I have a subscription to the end of next year. What a waste of money!

Terrible! has been 3 weeks since I sent them multiple customer support tickets, and still had no response from them.

I got tiger vpn following a recommendation. It does not work with geoblocking in Germany. I have raised this issue with them and they ignoring my messages. I want my money back. I have downloaded another vpn and it perfectly works so it’s a problem with Tiger vpn.

Do not buy their lifetime, I wouldn’t trust them with anything. They suspended my account, even tho I have lifetime account.

Very rude staff. Lies a lot and then ignores your requests. Don't have any manners or sense to talk. Never trust this scamming company. They say your product is lifetime, but then reduce it to 5 years, and say that it will remain 5 years only and not renew. But at first, they promise pure lifetime. And when you contact them, they are rude, don't have any sense to talk, and seem too much and full of pride for nothing. All of the people from this company are such a big lier! Even 1 star is too much for these guys.

I bought a lifetime subscription and upgraded it, works very well on my Draytek router and OpenVPN client on laptop.

Customer service is superb, they're always eager to help.

Very polite and friendly support.
Amazingly fast speeds, both download and upload.
The most simple and efficient app.

Well worth the money.
This is rare nowadays, a good vpn provider.

I am really happy with this company. Even I bought a lifetime VPN, they stil give very fast and good support.

Got a few problems with the mac app, but it is solved now.
