They came in with a clear direction, understood our brand quickly, and got to work without a lot of back and forth. The team communicates well, follows through on what they say, and clearly knows the TikTok space inside out.

Our shop has grown since working with them and we have confidence in the direction things are heading. It is the kind of agency relationship where you do not have to micromanage or constantly follow up, they just handle it.

We hoped right on the TikTok Shop train when it first launched in the US, a few months in and we were doing $8k a month. Felt like a decent start but we weren't doing good enough compared to our Shopify store. Brought these guys in April 2024 through a mutual connection, and just let them get on with with it.

Took a bit to figure things out honestly, it was new for everyone. But we stuck with it and the team kept iterating. Sitting at $2.5M a year now with a supplements brand which I still find kind of crazy.

Still with them, no plans to change that or bring an in house team.
