Unsolicited emails, if people want to use your services they will you do not need to send emails every day even after opting out. I will be reporting the company to the ico.

Finding a technology company that truly understands the intricacies of LLMs, AI, and advanced programming, while also being able to design and execute an extremely complex overall architecture for a breakthrough product, is exceptionally difficult. Tiksom has exceeded our expectations in every respect, from product delivery and professionalism to entrepreneurial spirit and honesty, and most impressively, their consistent ability to meet objectives within the promised timelines.

Unfair Treatment During Probation Period
I joined this company as an AI Engineer with enthusiasm and commitment, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. During my probation period, I consistently worked well beyond my official working hours, showing dedication and willingness to contribute.
However, with only 8 days left in my probation, I was abruptly terminated, with the reason given that I “had no project assigned.” I find this reasoning unfair and confusing — if there was no project for me to work on, why was I hired in the first place?
This experience reflects poor management and a lack of planning. I hope the company reconsiders its approach to employee onboarding and probation assessments.
Advice to Job Seekers: Be cautious and ensure clarity on your role and assignments before joining.

My experience with Tiksom Limited was…
My experience with Tiksom Limited was quite unprofessional. The interview process seemed more like a way for the company to collect ideas and information rather than actually hiring for a role. They asked in-depth questions related to strategies and workflows, but there was no follow-up or genuine interest in moving forward.
It’s disappointing to see companies using interviews as a way to gather insights without any intention of offering employment. This approach wastes candidates’ time and undermines trust in the hiring process.
I would not recommend engaging with this company unless they improve their hiring transparency and professionalism.

Tiksom Delivered
The team at Tiksom did a very nice job taking my idea from a concept to a fully functional app. The development time was very short and they were quick to move - the approval and publication process with both the Appstore and Playstore took considerable time, but the Tiksom team didn't miss a beat and stayed on the project until it was complete
