This company has now got 17 CCJs and counting!! Any one engaging with them must be mad…Steve now his company has been set up on Trust Pilot fraudulently, the company it’s self is a complete fraud! Beware

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Installation repeatedly cancelled at short notice via text with no explanation or phone call. Fitters refused to baton & insulate two walls even though it was agreed with the sales rep.
Plasterer was a nightmare and just repeatedly didn’t turn up. When he did show he didn’t have enough plaster board so left! Next day he didn’t have enough plaster and left. Finally arrived at 5pm after promising to arrive at 9 am (so waited in all day for nothing!) to plaster and finished at 9:30 pm!! He did a poor job, left everything in a terrible state. Plaster & bonding over all windows and frames all over the floor and outside in the garden. He said he was too tired to clear up! Also said he didn’t know why he hadn’t covered anything as he usually does!!! Company never answered the phone or messages during this stressful week of being messed around. Electrician turned up without a light switch, so couldn’t finish the electrics. Company promised to post me one as soon as I paid the final balance but still nothing a month later!
Decorator had to use 3 tubs of filler to improve plasterers finish. Bonding won’t come off the windows and looks awful. The company NEVER answer the phone. Called 15 times today and left multiple voice messages, sent texts and WhatsApp messages so NO reply to anything.
Lead flashing now sliding down the roof leaving a big gap so risk of water damage.
THIS COMPANY JUST DOESN’T CARE!

Really poor customer service and we have had to take them to court to try and get £600 back

The roof fitters were great apart from they left my garden in a right state. Don’t book the the plasterer or electrician get your own. The plasterer is unreliable and left my roof in a mess. Before I had the plaster my neighbours came to look at the work and liked it subsequently got their roof done too, did I receive the referral bonus I was promised? No I did not and now they won’t communicate with me. Very poor customer service once they have your money that’s it.

APPALLING customer service ! We had our conservatory roof done last Dec 2021 , not even a year old we have a leak . I have tried to have someone come round to see the damage to no avail . I contact them through email with fotos but up until today no reply . I also contacted the owner and he said he will send someone round but no one has turned up , he cannot even answer my phone calls , he picks up and says to text him , awful . I would stay well away from this company . Unprofessional and no customer service . The only person who replies to my texts and has a bit of decency is Helen . I will keep trying as it not on that my roof is not even a year old and it leaking

Absolutely appalling service from this company, and lack of communication from the owner/director.
Paid a substantial deposit (£10k) in 2020 for them to take down our own conservatory and build us a new one, and eventually had to take them to court which found in our favour for the entirety of our deposit plus costs in September 2022, because they just hadn't done the work. During that two years they kept promising to attend but only attended once, to build part of a wall, and left us with an "open to the elements" old conservatory that i then had to shore up when they just didn't come back and do any work. He's since created two new companies, and has a number of CCJs against this company. Unfortunately despite the court finding in our favour, he hasn't paid anything back to us. Avoid at all costs.
