Well my experience with Tiles4you was exceptional I ordered 90 mosaic tiles for a client and when they arrived 80 where damaged.
The freight company had dropped the pallet off the truck.
I contacted Chris at Tiles4you and told him my situation and he immediately resent the order which arrived in perfect condition 3 days later.
I highly recommend Tiles4you, for your online purchases, my experience shows they can be trusted with your purchases as well

We needed to regrout the tiles in out bathroom. After getting a number of estimates from different companies, we hired Gin for the job based on his expansive experience in the field, and because he explained everything fully. Any questions we had, he answered completely. He's also extremely responsive, answering texts, or emails quickly. For me, knowing the whats and whys of a project are important, and Gin provided that more than anyone else.

Their attention to detail really made the difference in the final outcome. The were complete professionals. Would definitely hire them again if I needed any tile work done.

We were converting our shower/tub combo to a walk-in shower. Gin was very helpful during the entire process. They consulted us for each decision to ensure we got the shower we envisioned. We definitely recommend Quality Tile.
