I haven't used the product but I cant…

I haven't used the product but I cant complain about the service I put in the order and for some reason it was sent but got lost in the post so I emailed and they rang and apologized and sent an other order which I received the next day . So Very impressed with the service just hope the item is as good and I will be very happy

Tilersonline were great ..

Tilersonline were great ... their courier was rubbish. Order placed 1 March; received 11 March. Toll Ipec basically lost the package and Tilersonline had to send a second package by a different courier. I can't fault the customer-focused service from Tilersonline: when I called to let them know the delivery was delayed, Tilersonline worked quickly to make sure I got the things I needed ASAP. The second courier was reliable and on time. If I can make one suggestion for Tilersonline it is never use Toll Ipec again.
