Within placing the order arrives within 24 hours (on two seperate times). Informed of an accurate time of delivery and 'Peter' carries all goods into the house, and asks me where goods to be placed.

Really impressed with this company, goods over £40 cheaper than my local supplier (even taking delivery charge into account) Fast and efficient delivery - our address isn't the easiest to find but Steve had no problem finding us and kept me updated with delivery time. AMAZING service from Steve, who delivered our Tiling Supplies Direct order. Steve text the day before to let me know he will deliver the following morning and at what time. The following morning, he called to confirm and showed up when he said he would. Steve was the best part of ordering from Tiling Supplies Direct, just wished there was more professional individuals out there, such as Steve.

As a DIY'er I had quite a number of questions during the purchase process and the Sales Manager Morgan always made himself available to take my call and help, which was a unique experience for me. Morgan also personally organised the delivery on a certain day and nothing was too much trouble.
Steve delivered the packages and always messaged ahead of time which was also very helpful and great service.

The delivery driver was awesome. Messaged Friday for Monday, came early so could get a hood days work in. The material was as required, but Steve was over and above!!

Return policy is usually builder friendly and honestly I was suppressed to find out that this shop operates on 14 days + 15% restocking after that. I paid £107 for restocking and don't think I will risk again.

I just had an amazing experience with Tiling Supplies Direct, thanks to the fantastic delivery service by Steve! I ordered at 1:30 pm, and was genuinely amazed that by 7:30 am the next morning, my order was at my doorstep.

My neighbour kindly took the delivery for me and he commented that Steve's professionalism and patience stood out. He not only delivered the supplies with a smile but also waited quite some time for my neighbor to let him in and helped him bring everything inside. I was worried this plan would not work but it did. It's rare to find such exceptional service these days.

Ordered some tilebacker boards and some shower niches + accessories. Came within a day or so. Day of delivery had my phone on do not disturb and missed a bunch of calls from Steve the delivery driver. No problem he made it up to my door anyway. Prompt and great.
