So pleased with my product and in the way my order was dealt with. The item was well packaged, and postage was speedy.

Great availability of the items I wanted and super quick delivery. Items were very well packaged and exactly as described.

I ordered a red poppy as a gift and when it arrived the box was damaged in transit which resulted in minor damage to the product.
I contacted Tilnarart by email and received an apologetic response the next day from Nicky at sales the next day. She arranged for a replacement poppy to be dispatched and it arrived in perfect condition within days of first raising the issue which was amazing being so close to Christmas. The way that a company deals with a customer’s complaint speaks volumes about how focused they are in delivering a great service.

They are Amazing company & their products are beautiful, customer service is spot on, will definitely buy products from here again.

Beautiful item. Well made and highly recommend. They did send wrong colour but they responded quickly and got correct colour out that day with no hassle. So customer service was great.

They look lovely on my pergola , and there definitely a talking point to my family and friends. They are beautifully made and I would recommend them to anyone ,I’ve got them in white, red, purple and I’m waiting for the pink to arrive can’t wait , I’ll certainly be keeping an eye out for more colours love them all 😍
