Scam. Bought lip stain on Insta. Took my money over 3 months ago. I never received my order. Customer service will not respond to my emails. Beware!

Ordered 3 different lipstains, number 07 (getredy), 03 (pinked) and 02 (muahve) because I saw a sponsored post on Insta. I definitely bought before I thought on this occasion and only after confirming the transaction did I actually start digging.

Zero Trustpilot reviews even though they use a 5 star Trustpilot imagery on the website as of 30/03/2025. Zero posts on their Insta either! All sponsered posts don't show the packaging and just the inside so there's nothing that says Timbersonic on the posts themselves! The lipstains that Timbersonic advertise are clearly copies of Sacheu which recently went viral because of Billie Eilish with the colours and names being the exact same. The products did actually arrive but instead of having the package used in the advertising (which is clearly photoshopped, I know, I'm silly) it has Olibolla packaging with no names of the colours, just numbers.

Unpacking the products brought an uncomfortable burning plastic smell? Not entirely sure how to describe it but the plastic wrap smelt horrible. The product itself does work as intended so that's something but you can search up Olibolla and get the product for £3.41 on Amazon a piece when I paid £24 for 3 with £4 shipping. Am I stupid? Yes! But we live and we learn. Save your money and either buy kinda sketchy Olibolla or buy from a reputable brand like Sacheu!
