Personale disponibile, pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta, prodotto arrivato in pochi giorni, qualità eccellente, cura nei dettagli e imballaggio perfetto, mi sono arrivati anche gli utensili per modificare il cinturino. Esperienza ottima, super consigliato!

I ordered a watch

I ordered a watch, but unfortunately I was not satisfied with the quality. I exercised my 14-day right of withdrawal.
The company handled the matter fairly and I had several options to choose from.
I chose to return the watch and get a refund. After a few days, the promised amount was returned to my account.
In summary: The watch is in my opinion of poor quality (at least the one I bought). However, the customer service and refund is fair.

Watch Collector Gem

Amazing watch customization and build quality, support was very attentive to order details and inquiries. To be honest, the prices are cheap for unique pieces to add to your collection.

Highly satisfied with the timepiece

My order just arrived and I’m so glad i bought this watch. The quality is next level and the just by the touch and feel of the watch you could tell it leans towards high end watches.

The customer service is also worth mentioning, they were responding quickly to my questions and they are very friendly.

I’m definitely going to buy more watches from them.

I ordered from Timelabmods just before


I ordered from Timelabmods just before Christmas. The customer service was very responsive and professional and confirmed to me expected delivery which was quite accurate given this period.
The quality of the watch was excellent, very classy and well put together.

Overall I had a great experience and totally Recommend!

Quality and experience

The service was 100/100 all my questions were answered. Delivery took a little more than expected, however it was well worth it as the quality is even higher than described. Im definitely going to buy again in the near future.

I recommend buying from them

I bought a seiko mod, it was delivered within the specified timeframe. No complains. Happy with the purchase :)
