Hello Chace,

We have thoroughly reviewed your project and confirm that our team completed the editing, formatting, and ISBN assignment as agreed. The book was fully prepared for publication, and the OTP request was part of the standard self-publishing process. Under this plan, you retain full ownership and receive all royalties, as we do not claim any rights to your work.

Additionally, no unauthorized payments were ever made. Every payment was processed only after your approval, with all details and documentation shared with you via email for full transparency. If we were scammers, none of the delivered work would be completed. The project manager has sent you a detailed email and we'll appreciate your correspondence there to solve the issue out for you.

Regards;
Customer Experience Team.
