None of the phone numbers are working did they go out of business?? HELP 6 YRS AND NOTHING DONE.

After paying this company to dissolve my Hilton Grand Vacations Timeshare and getting NO RESULTS for 2 years, i decided to focus on managing my credit so i hired someone named CreditsavvyDavid on youtube. David not only straightened our credit report with his " credit hack " methods but also he somehow managed to secure a legal foreclosure on Timeshare contract with HGV . He didn't promise to do that or seem to know how important that service was to us. Only cost us the few hundred for credit repair service in the end. I'll recommend David to anyone trying to fix credit or get out of Timeshare in a heartbeat. He was light at the end of the tunnel for me. Send gmail to the name above.

This company is nothing but a complete scam. They took my money ($4,000 for their service and another $950 for legal services) in December of 2022. I sent all of the information they requested and continued to send any communication from Holiday Inn Time share. Since that time, There has been very little communication from them as to the progress of getting rid of my timeshare. Then about a month ago, I got an email from MNM, the legal company they use, telling me that they were terminating their services with me. When I asked why, they said that they have done what they were suppose to do and that I needed to contact timeshare compliance for more information. Well they have not called me back.

Terrible company, I gave them thousands of dollars and they have not been able to accomplish anything in 7 years. My timeshare was Diamond Resorts. Don't waste your money on this company

My run with Timeshare Compliance was a total nightmare. Dropped $4,000 to ditch my Wyndham contract, and guess what? Two years later,andt stilled trapped like a bad sequel. My credit score took a nosedive from rockstar to dumpster fire in the low 500s. Slowly clawing my way back, thanks to some activist wizardry of TreeofAlpha.01. This guy got me out for way less and in under three months. He didn't promise much but has delivered excellently. Highly reco ! if your'e OK with his let's say " creative " tactics. Fi nd Tree on Signal ap.p if you want out without selling a kidney. More " skilled" people like Tree should use thier gift to help people. Goodluck !

Total scam. Took our money, never provided the service, never negotiated on our behalf, never responded with anything other than form letters. Even after Hilton foreclosured on our time share & ruined our credit they continue to send me letters with BS about what they're doing for me. Don't do it!!!

0 stars. Total scam, ruined credit, and complete waste of money. The only thing they advised was to stop making payments which then the developer eventually foreclosed. Duh!!

0 stars, no doubt. They completely destroyed my credit after all the money I paid. And now, out of nowhere, you’re suddenly cooperating after I got my lawyer, Mark Roland, the timeshare specialist, involved? Unbelievable.

It has been almost SIX years since I first signed a contract with Timeshare Compliance. No communication whatsoever for the past year despite multiple phone calls and emails. And when they HAVE called back -- about two years ago -- I've received every excuse in the book -- change in personnel, losing my paperwork -- you name it.... We are contacting our attorney at this point and will be asking for our money back (let's see if THAT happens). DO NOT USE THEM. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY.

If I could leave no stars I would. It has now been 2 1/2 years since we started the process with these people, paid them several thousand dollars. I get no response. So far they engaged an attorney who has written a grand total of one "demand" letter and one follow up email, the last of which was only sent after I sent a scathing email to them about getting nowhere in their process. I won't use the word sc*m because I want this review posted.

Absolute joke. NEVER ,NEVER use them. I've got nothing but, please call me. please.I did. have record, plus emails. Dah, you have my email and number, hence why would you ask me to call you after you responded to an email. Complete joke. its been over 5 YEARS, and nothing. After last review I gave them a slight chance. Nothing. I feel bad to call out the person who came to me and said he was a former pastor Mr. Dave , but enough is enough is enough. Never trust a word they say. So far after 5 plus yrs their word mines nothing

All paperwork was sent in over 3 years ago along with the payment for timeshare resolution. The correspondence has been nonexistent and there has been no settlement.
I would not recommend this company.

This company is nothing but a complete scam. They took our money on Sept 21 of 2023. Since that time, we have made literally hundreds of phone calls to the half a dozen or more phone numbers of the people who perpetuate the scam. Less than 10% of the calls resulted in a "live" person answering the phone, and 0% of the calls resulted in ANY forward movement. Each live person reached promised a call-back either from themselves or from someone else. No callback ever came. We received a "money back guarantee" document from the company along with other paperwork, but to date we have found no one at the company who will honor it or even discuss it.

My client # is 19076. Within the first week of the contract, I provided you with all of the requested documents (sent as an email attachment to Chuck Ames on September 26, 2023). Chuck Ames acknowledged receipt of those documents.
I have called and left numerous messages over the last 12 months with Chuck Ames, Robert Anderson, Heather Williams, and James Campbell. Most recently, I was able to talk with Robert Anderson on the morning of September 26, 2024. Instead of getting the ball rolling for the full refund due to me, Robert Anderson called the "on-site" gang of scammers at your latest "invitation only scam party" to warn them that we should be expected to show up ready to share our experience and potentially save some unsuspecting people from falling for your tripe. We were greeted at the door by three of your goons who refused us entry. And to make matters even worse, the "gang of three" refused to even acknowledge that THEY WERE EMPLOYED BY YOU, despite being "tipped off" we were coming by YOUR employee! You are in receipt of our correspondence including copies of the pertinent documents dated September 20, 2024 demanding a full refund as promised in your "12-month guarantee" and in your own documents.

I started this process in July/August 2019 -yes 2019.
I've read some their ridiculous response Some offf you who as tired of them as I am continue to hammer them. Its a complete joke. All they say on their multiple calls or emails say the same stupid thing plus they call or email ONCE a quarter. If they have pertinent updates to my situation its easy, keep calling or emailing and OH, great idea-send it in the mail to me!

Their response to all of us one every 3-4 months:

We are working with your time share company (Wyndham) to remedy the situation.

DAH-I paid 18K and for that and nothing. Dumbest statement from the to screw up your credit--We recommend you STOP paying you maintenance fees. WHAT !

The biggest rip off ever. My timeshare says they have no cluebwe wanted out. I paid over 10k to @timeshare compliance and no response. I only owe 11k . I could have paid them off by now with the money I got screwed out of. These guys are by far the most dishonest group of people I've ever hired. Definitely going to seek restitution for this scam

Horrible!!! Been trying to get out of 2 timeshares for over 4 yrs now!! My timeshare is still contacting me and we haven't heard a peep from timeshare compliance in over 2 yrs! I'm having my lawyer look into getting my money back. Horrible to be taken advantage of not once but twice! Once for the original timeshare scam and 2nd by timeshare compliance.

When we signed up to get out of our timeshare the man told us it could be 8 months. I was surprised then that it would take so long. I just read horrible reviews of taking 5 years or more!! I called the customer service and wrote them an email explaining my frustration because I wasn't getting reports quarterly and because I was sending evidence my timeshare was still contacting me. The email bounced back because I sent it to my representative. No one told me she left the company or who the new representative was. This is the end of July. The last update I got was in January!!! I just read a bunch of reviews calling this company SCAMMERS. I am starting to believe it. It's breaking my heart that I'm losing money on the time share (lost) and now I'm losing my money trying to get out of that time share. I would like some positive information about the status of my account, but I get, "they are still working on it."

So I’ve been with timeshare compliance now for four years. Never get anything for updates if I want an update I have to call them and then I don’t get much information back besides them letting me know that they’re working on it. The last few times I’ve called them they advised me to quit paying my mortgage and maintenance fees that it would make the process go quicker. Which I hope is true because I’m getting tired of paying my timeshare all this money For the last four years and not being able to do anything with it per the contract with timeshare compliance. Just read an older post saying that they have a service they offer to help you with your credit after you quit paying, but that’s also something you gotta pay for separate on top of what you have to pay timeshare compliance for. I would think if they’re advising you to screw up your credit by stopping payments that that should be included in their service.

I judge a company on it's word and performance. My case has lasted years, YEARS, though I was told it would be 18 months. Paid in full. But no one has completed the contract. If I hired a landscaper to do my home, paid them in full, and, after years, still didn't have the job done (no matter what the excuse), what would you rate them? If I could give a negative star, I would.
