So far so good. No sale yet. Can not give higher rating until sale of time share.

The relationship manager provided information and guided me through the service snd cost

The agent was very knowledgeable and explained in detail how to program worked and also assisted us in our path to selling and also renting our villa

The gentleman was polite, respectful and efficient. He helped me have access to the chat platform by guiding me navigate through the system and by providing the answers needed to be recognised as a member. However, to be honest, I simply don't understand why he could not confirm whether my reservation had been cancelled or not. I would have awarded him a fifth star even if he had told me that the reservation had not been cancelled but he would forward it to the correct department soon.

She was very helpful on the phone, real test will be how long it will take to sell.
