Nelson was very knowledgeable walked me though the procedure to start my ad.

Helped me list my timeshare property when I was not sure what to do. The beginning process was good along with their follow up, now I just need to sell it.

The accommodation was very basic. There were no safety bars in the bathroom tub.

One morning there wasn’t any breakfast items …. just coffee. I was told there was no delivery that morning. However, the Sales Office had an excellent selection.

A positive feedback: everything was very clean.

Joy Moor was excellent at explaining everything I needed to know about selling my property. She has been outstanding throughout the entire process—always attentive, professional, and very pleasant to work with.

The lack of data to provide back up to the service paid for is of greatest concern. Please have someone in management not supervisor reach out to me.

I wouldn’t recommend this company after receiving payment for the listing. I have not heard anything. I’ve reached out. I’ve gotten no reply. I really think this is a scam. They’re not gonna sell your timeshare. They’re just gonna take your money.

Scam! They sell you something that is not realistic!

Pleasant conversation with MaLissa Hyde. She was informed and helpful with any questions I had concerning the sale of our timeshares. The process so far has been smooth. I have confidence that she and her company will do the best they can to sell our properties in a timely fashion.
