Excellent shopping experience with knowledgable staff. Previously bought from them before and bought from them again today. Well equipped with equipments to perform checks and lists fair prices too.

Communication with Karl was super efficient. Watch was priced amazingly and came in exactly the condition that was advertised. Shipment from Singapore to the UK was fast and trackable. I would definitely recommend buying from Timetells and would purchase another watch from them in the future.

Karl was extremely professional and knowledgeable in the watches he curates at Timetells. He was flexible with his time and able to articulate all the features of a complex watch (was buying a PP 5140G).

Had a great experience shopping at Karl's shop which is appointment only. It's quite suitable for people who have an idea on what they are after. His inventory has an emphasis on dress watches and high complication pieces unlike most grey dealers and his prices are pretty fair.

Great service and high quality items. I found it very convenient to be able to visit the shop and have items delivered in person directly at my hotel. Highly recommended.

Visited Timetells a couple of times to browse their thoughtfully curated collection of dress watches and was always impressed by their latest drops. Finally bit the bullet and purchased an uncommon early Lange 1 reference in a rose gold case with a black dial from Timetells when it appeared in their collection. Both Karl and Caleb were extremely professional and passionate about watches, and are always open to nerd out about watches with you. Definitely recommended, especially if you are looking for a meaningful and special dress piece to add to your collection!

First met Karl at his previous shop premises a couple of years ago when I drove down from Kuala Lumpur and bought a Breguet from him. Since then I have made repeated purchases as consistently, I love the watches he curates, pricing is always fair, and truly helps that he's a nice guy as well. If I were a gatekeeper, I would keep Timetells to myself, but honestly too good not to share. Keep it up Karl!

Karl was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful in showing me some truly exquisite pieces. He took the time to understand the type of collection I’m looking to build and walked me through a number of watches over a couple of hours, never rushing the process. I initially went in planning to buy one watch, but ended up choosing something I hadn’t previously considered — and I’m absolutely thrilled with the purchase.
