Tim is kind, patient and great at what he does. He was a reassuring presence during the unpleasant but necessary step of getting a Lasting Power of Attorney.

The LPA was for my adult son who has autism and a learning disability. He spent a couple of hours with my son, creating a safe and calm space for my son to understand a difficult process.

Tim was also very patient with me as I grappled with the paperwork, and reassured that he'd be available for any complications in the application.

There were no complications, the application was successful, and I've got peace of mind forever.

We were referred to Tim by our solicitor and required a CoP3 form to be completed for our daughter in order to move forward with a Court of Protection application. From the very beginning, Tim was professional, kind and extremely considerate. He took the time to explain the process clearly, answered all of our questions, and ensured everything was completed quickly and efficiently.

Most importantly, Tim made our daughter feel comfortable and at ease throughout the assessment with his calm and friendly approach — in fact, we think she quite enjoyed the visit, which speaks volumes about his manner and professionalism.
