I placed the order but I didn’t see the email because I used instagram. I ended up reaching out via IG and contacted them via email. They contacted me and found my order. I received it shortly after (about 4 days or so). Good customer service. About the wig: I ordered a 250 density 7x5 straight wig in 24. I didn’t think the hair was thick enough so I ordered an extra bundle from them and I liked it better. As far as the quality? Wonderful. I am a professional stylist and I bleached it a few times and it’s still in great shape! I would definitely order again. I’m happy.

Easy to wear and go! I wore it right out box! It was curled and soft! The curls lasted and I received a lot of compliments!

Never have to worry about what I will receive. Always exactly as I expected and fabulous!

I absolutely love this hair from Tinashe! The quality is really good, and it looks very natural on me. It has a nice curl pattern and did have a slight chemical smell when I first got it, but it honestly didn’t bother me. I know some people can be particular about that, but it wasn’t strong enough to stop me from wearing or enjoying the hair. I’ve actually been wearing it every day since I got it! Shipping was super fast, and overall, I’m really happy with the hair. It looks great on me!

The hair arrived on time and was packaged nicely. It is soft and easy to style, but there was a little shedding after installation. Overall, the quality is good for the price, and it holds curls well. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable option.

10/10 experience with this company! The hair is SUPER good, literally the best I've tried. Soft, thick from root to ends with no thin tips, and true to length. No shedding, no tangling, no weird smell. The lace melts perfectly and looks so natural on. Holds a curl beautifully and still feels silky after washing. Packaging was gorgeous, shipping was fast, and customer service was so helpful. I am obsessed and will definitely be ordering again❤️😍😍
