I'm having same issue as "frustrated quidco user". Initially I was unable to pay with credit cards... Multiple (which work fine everywhere else) so ended up using debit card. I was reassured in doing this because I have been using mytyres for 10 years so was comfortable with it being a delticom company. Looks like this was a mistake. Website states 2 or 3 day delivery. Ordered on 6th June and get an email saying delivery would be 15th. I can cope with that. Only I kept checking and no delivery appeared. Apparently since 7th of June DPD Germany says they are in customs in Oldbury. DPD UK says they are still waiting to receive the parcel. I've now received an email from Tirendo telling me the delivery would be somewhat delayed (no date and no reason) I also messaged on live chat and they said there would be a 5 to 6 day delivery delay, citing customs. Well let's see if I can beat 26 days of the other reviewer. I hope not. Not impressed so far and have no idea of true delivery date. Surely this can't be down to Brexit? That was 6 months ago! Update 22/6/21 So tyres have been delivered today. I think Tirendo just need to be upfront about the 2 to 3 day delivery. Clearly now post brexit that's not realistic. If they would have said upfront it was 2 weeks plus, that would have been fine so I think this is what tirendo need to do... Just be upfront.
Shocking service
Very bad service. I was led to believe tyres were in stock when I ordered them. Then told there would be a 3 day delay. Next I received an email to tell me Tirendo had cancelled my order and I would receive a refund.
I had to go to Paypal to get a refund.
Slow Delivery (Wrong tyres delivered)
On it's website, it states the tyres will take roughly 3-5 business day to arrive. I put in my order on 17th May 2021 and the tyres arrived on 3rd June. I rang the customer service and they provided me with a 5% discount.
To make the situation worse, tyres arrived in two bundle, each bundle containing two tyres with good quality shrink wrap. However, each bundle contain a wrong tyre, so two of the tyres were the wrong model and the wrong size as well. Rang the customer service again, she was very professional in sorting out the return and delivery of the correct tyres. They refuse to provide me with further discount as compensation for the trouble they have caused.
In general, it is not a pleasant shopping experience even if they are the cheapest among all retailers.

WARNING, this company invites you to set up an order using a credit card (American Express). However, once your order has been established, they then come back saying that your payment was âNOT AUTHENTICATEDâ and that a different method of payment was required!
Having examined the large proportion (27%) of negative reviews, itâs no surprise theyâre hoping for payment up front, as then thereâs no effective redress when they fail to meet their commitments. Seems like a thoroughly dishonest outfit!

These Dunlop Sport tyres have been purchased to complete the restoration of a 53 year old Classic MGC and are the nearest to the Dunlop SP Sport fitted as Original Equipment. Four weeks from order to delivery despite a BREXIT Hiccup delay beyond their control. The service and ease of ordering were could not have been better, thank you much appreciated.
Couldn't even get as far as paying
I'd love to have been able to review how long it took for my items to arrive and if i was happy with the service, but i couldn't even get that far.
I tried to pay 3 different ways, every time i had an email saying that my payment had failed and that i needed to update my details and complete the payment, which i would do, and then i would hear nothing back. Paypal had confirmed the money was successfully sent and was now pending, and the other methods i tried work literally everywhere else, so i'm not sure where the issue is.
Couldn't throw money at these people, i tried everything i could to make my payment details satisfactory, but for some reason they wouldn't accept anything i did.
In a way i'm glad having now read some of these reviews. Shame really because they have a brilliant range of tyres
26 Calendar days from order to delivery
IÂ thought I would share my experience in case it helps others.
My advice would be not to order tyres from here unless you can wait several weeks for delivery.

Find tyres on website, delivery stated 3-5 days
Order placed just before Easter, 1st April
Email received 6th April saying they sent order to warehouse 1st April and it will be shipped soon
Email received 7/4. The items were sent out on 7.04.2021 and will probably arrive on 12.04.2021.
Tracking numbers from DPD saying they have received shipping info but not parcel
April 13th I contact customer services through live chat, they say stuck in customs but will be delivered this week by 16th AprilÂ
April 14th email received saying "order somewhat delayed. Please bear with us. We will be in touch as soon as we can give you a new delivery date".
April 15th I email another Delticom company Mytyres with a pre purchase question, basically saying I read terrible reviews online and tyres shown as delivery within 3-5 days on website, how long would it take for them to be delivered. Answer I got..."Once your order has been received and processed, it may take approximately a week and a half for the order to arrive. In the unlikely event of delivery delays due to variable warehouse capacities, you will be informed immediately".
Interesting all though this the tyres are still showing on the website with a 3 - 5 day delivery.
I have ordered through other Delticom store fronts before and never had a problem. I am assuming these are maybe problems down to Brexit?Â
Tirendo.co.uk and Delticom companies please be honest on the website, give us an accurate estimate for delivery times then we can plan. If time allows, we can still order from you. But stop pretending you can deliver in 3 days when in my case it was approaching 4 weeks
If my current tyres were illegal and the car was not being able to be driven I'd be livid.
From order to delivery it was 26 calendar days.
Prices are good, I just think they need to put a warning on the website to manage our expectations.

Similar to other recent reviews, unfortunately i placed the order just before seeing the trust pilot scores. I put through the order, fairly quickly got a confirmation, and a DPD link, it then sat in a DPD depot for around 5 days with no update, before getting an update to say it will be delayed with no estimated delivery date. I asked to cancel and refund, which was done quickly via an automated email.
So clearly they are having problems post January, but they should just stop taking orders until it's fixed.

so... after 3 weeks my tyres arrive, shocked and surprised was my first thought and i thought what could possibly go wrong .... well 2 moto x tyres ordered and they got 50% success , one tyre was wrong size and a completly different tyre to the ones i ordered. had to go through the **** again and they said they would send out the correct tyre amd still waiting , another 2 weeks in and still in customs apparantly ... had to order from somewhere in uk and arrived in 2 days so cost me twice the money as i needed it for this weekend. ****** off is an understatement , please read this people and avoid like your life depends on it ðð»ðð»

Ordered early March, a week later I received an email saying they were dispatched, another couple of days go by and they are held up in transit, understandable, weird times . . . Absolutely terrible service cancelled my order after two weeks of waiting. Was told Iâd receive a tracking number so after 3 days I rang to be told Iâd get it by Monday Tuesday still nothing. Rang again theyâll be there by Friday itâs not Monday still no tyres. They then said theyâd cancel my order but Iâd have to wait two weeks for the courier to return the tyres before theyâd refund me. Luckily I paid with PayPal so have asked them to refund awful company to deal with Iâll stick to tyre leader even if it is slightly more expensive
Shocking customer service!
Shocking customer service. I ordered some tyres from tirendo at the beginning of the month, come the end of the month Iâd not heard anything. Waited a while because I know there is a delay due to COVID. I decided to use the online chat to get some updates. I was told the order for what ever reason was returned to the warehouse with no update of this, nor any help with getting a quick dispatch to correct the mistake! Wonât be using again!

Absolutely hassle-free, dependable service. Have used them twice so far. Reasonably quick delivery (from Germany). Good prices. Two things to be aware of, though. One, the cheaper tyres do wear a bit quicker. Two, the fitters' prices may not be accurate (they can deliver direct to the fitter). All in all, a very satisfied customer.
