Shockingly bad â unusable product masquerading as a bank
Titan Bank is one of the worst fintech experiences Iâve ever had. It feels like a thin white-label slapped on top of broken core banking software, with basic functionality either missing or unreliable.
Core issues:
⢠Transfers fail or hang with no explanation
⢠Account status and balances are inconsistent
⢠Customer support is slow, unhelpful, or unreachable
⢠Errors are frequent, opaque, and unresolved
This is not a matter of âearly product rough edges.â The system feels fundamentally unstable. For something that handles peopleâs money, thatâs unacceptable.
Whatâs most frustrating is the lack of accountability. When things break, thereâs no clear escalation path, no ownership, and no transparency about whatâs actually happening under the hood.
I would strongly recommend avoiding Titan Bank unless youâre comfortable being a beta tester for critical financial infrastructure. There are far more reliable online banks that actually work.
