Extremely disappointed
I signed up for this service on 1/24. I was under the impression that I would be charged $14.99 to get started. Instead of the $14.99, I was charged an additional $29.95. I didnât contact anyone about the charges because I planned to ask my stylist. I immediately scheduled my stylist session for 1/28. I joined the session when scheduled. I waited online for an hour because it said that the session was in progress. I thought the stylist might be doing something. As of right now, the site still says that my Stylist session 1/28 still in progress online.
